Failure to Provide Credit. 26.5 If the Employer does not provide the screen credits as required above, the Employer shall correct the omission before the next release where practicable or if correction is not made, shall insert announcements in a mutually-agreed trade paper(s) for the sole purpose of identifying the Employee and the credit omitted. The size and content of the announcements will be determined by agreement of the Employer and the Employee.
