Family Care. A regular employee is entitled to take up to five (5) days per calendar year for the purpose of providing family care to an immediate family member. The employee must pay this time back at a time mutually agreed to by his/her supervisor within three months of taking the absence or by taking time off without pay. The time taken shall be worked back on an hour for hour basis.
