Fan Behavior. Each Member and Ticket User is subject to the Ticket Policy and Stadium Rules of Conduct. All tickets remain the property of North Carolina Football Club and each is a revocable license which may be withdrawn. Admission may be refused or withdrawn, and Member or Ticket User may be immediately ejected at the sole discretion of North Carolina Football Club. Members are responsible for the actions of themselves and any individual using their tickets. North Carolina Football Club reserves the right to terminate the Membership if a Member or Ticket User engages in disorderly conduct or otherwise fails to follow Stadium rules and regulations. In such a case no refund shall be made, and the Member waives its right to any such refund. North Carolina Football Club also reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who violates Stadium polices or whose conduct is deemed disorderly or endangers or is perceived by North Carolina Football Club to endanger others. All persons seeking entry into the Stadium specifically consent to and are subject to inspection, including the use of metal detectors and physical pat-down inspections prior to entry. Any Member’s or Ticket User’s belongings may be searched upon entering the Stadium, and prohibited items may be confiscated, at the sole discretion of North Carolina Football Club. By using a ticket, Member and Ticket User consent to such searches and waive any and all claims relating to such searches. If Member or Ticket User does not consent to such searches, Member or Ticket User will be denied entry or ejected from the Stadium without a refund. Further, North Carolina Football Club reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct, in North Carolina Football Club’s sole discretion, violates these terms and conditions, any applicable code of conduct, or is otherwise disorderly, without refund. Inappropriate behavior or abusive language may result in ejection (without refund), forfeiture of season ticket privileges, and/or other legal action. Refund to Member of the Face Value shall automatically terminate Member’s and Ticket User’s rights and all licenses to attend any event. Re-printed Season Tickets will be issued upon payment of up to the full face value of the lost Season Tickets. Reports of stolen Season Tickets must be accompanied by a police report indicating the circumstances of the theft. Stolen Season Tickets (with police report) will be replaced without additional charges. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted. Refunds will not be granted due to a match date or time change. Las Vegas Lights FC reserves the right to change the date and/or starting time of any event or match and no such change shall entitle the Season Ticket Member to a refund. Fan Behavior. Any STH or ticket holder that behaves in an unruly or disruptive manner at the Arena, including, without limitation, aggressive or foul language, intoxication, or physical or verbal abuse of Arena employees, other fans, game officials, players, or coaches either during, before, or after a game may be asked to leave the Arena. In the event that a STH (or any individual to whom STH has given/sold his tickets) engages in such unruly behavior, the Texas Stars reserve the right to terminate the applicable STH Account without refund or other compensation to the STH of-record, in accordance with these Terms and AHL policy.

In the event that an Account Holder (or any individual to whom the Account Holder has given/sold their tickets) engages in such behavior, the Dallas Stars reserve the right to terminate the applicable Account without refund or other compensation to the Account Holder of-record, in accordance with these Terms and NHL policy.

  • WORKPLACE BEHAVIOR ‌ 3.1 The Employer and the Union agree that all employees should work in an environment that fosters mutual respect and professionalism. The parties agree that inappropriate behavior in the workplace does not promote a college’s/district’s business, employee well-being, or productivity. All employees are responsible for contributing to such an environment and are expected to treat others with courtesy and respect. 3.2 Inappropriate workplace behavior by employees, supervisors and/or managers will not be tolerated. If an employee and/or the employee’s union representative believes the employee has been subjected to inappropriate workplace behavior, the employee and/or the employee’s representative is encouraged to report this behavior to the employee’s supervisor, a manager in the employee’s chain of command and/or the Human Resources Office. An employee or the employee’s representative should identify complaints as inappropriate workplace behavior. The Employer will investigate the reported behavior and take appropriate action as necessary. The employee and/or union representative will be notified upon conclusion of the investigation. Upon request, the Employer will provide the employee and the union representative with a copy of the investigation report. 3.3 Retaliation against employees who make a workplace behavior complaint will not be tolerated. 3.4 Supervisors, managers and Human Resource Office staff will be trained on Article 3, Workplace Behavior. The Employer and the Union agree to prepare and make available online a 15-minute joint training online presentation on workplace behavior for all employees covered by this CBA and their supervisors, managers and Human Resources staff. 3.5 Grievances related to this Article may be processed through Step 3 of the Grievance Procedure.

  • Catastrophic Leave Bank The City agrees to establish a Catastrophic Leave Bank to assist employees who have exhausted accrued leave time due to a serious or catastrophic illness or injury. The Catastrophic Leave Bank (CLB) will allow the bargaining unit employees to donate time to affected employees within and outside the unit, so that he/she can remain in a paid status for a longer period of time, thus partially ameliorating the financial impact of the illness, injury or condition. This donated time will be placed in a CLB and drawn down from the CLB by the eligible employee. Eligibility To be eligible for this benefit, the receiving employee must: 1) Be a regular full time employee, 2) Have sustained or have an immediate family member who has sustained a life threatening or debilitating illness, injury or condition which may require confirmation by a physician, 3) Have exhausted all accumulated paid leave including vacation, holiday, sick leave, and/or compensatory time off, 4) Be unable to return to work for at least 30 days or in the case of the condition affecting the immediate family member, that member must be in need of prolonged and significant personal care; and 5) Conformed with the requirements of the Family Medical Leave Act and/or Worker's Compensation.

  • BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT The Student is responsible for knowing and observing all UCF regulations and procedures regarding behavior and conduct, including the UCF Golden Rule, UCF DHRL publications, and other official UCF publications. UCF DHRL reserves the right to establish or adopt additional rules regarding student conduct, as deemed necessary by UCF DHRL. Newly established or adopted rules will be communicated to the Student as provided in this document. The Student agrees to abide by additional rules and regulations that are established or adopted by UCF DHRL once communicated to the Student.

  • Catastrophic Leave Program Leave credits, as defined below, may be transferred from one (1) or more employees to another employee, on an hour-for-hour basis, in accordance with departmental policies upon the request of both the receiving employee and the transferring employee and upon approval of the employee's appointing authority, under the following conditions: A. The receiving employee is required to be absent from work due to injury or the prolonged illness of the employee, employee's spouse, registered domestic partner, a domestic partner listed on an “Affidavit for Enrollment of Domestic Partners,” submitted to employee benefits, parent or child, has exhausted all earned leave credits, including but not limited to sick leave, compensatory time, holiday credits and disability leave and is therefore facing financial hardship. B. The transfers must be for a minimum of four (4) hours and in whole hour increments thereafter. C. Transfers shall be allowed to cross-departmental lines in accordance with the policies of the receiving department. D. The total maximum leave credits received by an employee shall normally not exceed five hundred twenty (520) hours; however, if approved by his/her appointing authority, the total leave credits may be up to one thousand forty (1,040) hours. Total leave credits in excess of one thousand forty (1,040) hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the appointing authority subject to the approval of the Chief Administrative Officer. E. The transfers are irrevocable, and will be indistinguishable from other leave credits belonging to the receiving employee. Transfers will be subject to all taxes required by law. F. Leave credits that may be transferred under this program are defined as the transferring employee’s vacation credits or up to twenty-four (24) hours of sick leave per fiscal year. G. Transfers shall be administered according to the rules and regulations of the Auditor and Controller, and made on a form prescribed by the Auditor and Controller. Approvals of the receiving and donating employee, the donating employee's appointing authority and the receiving employee's appointing authority (in the case of an interdepartmental transfer) will be provided for on such form. H. This program is not subject to the Grievance Procedure of this Agreement.

  • Abuse You agree to immediately notify us if you suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. If you so notify us, or we otherwise suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, you agree to cooperate with us in any fraud investigation and to use any fraud prevention measures we prescribe. Your failure to cooperate or to use such measures will result in your liability for all fraudulent usage or abusive activity associated with your Equipment (as defined below).

  • Assault Any case of assault upon a bargaining unit member by a student shall be promptly reported to the Board or its designated representative. The Board shall render all reasonable assistance to the bargaining unit member in connection with handling of the incident by law enforcement and judicial authorities. To the extent permitted by law, a teacher assaulted by a student shall upon request be advised of any disciplinary action taken against the student.
