Field Inspections. Throughout the performance of the work, the Court shall have the right to designate one or more inspectors or engineers to inspect and test the work site and the progress of the work. Contractor shall cooperate with such inspectors and engineers in order that the work may be fully inspected and that the Court may at all times be fully advised of the progress of the work and the manner in which it is being performed.

Field Inspections. 1. In exceptional situations where the lead competent authority may deem it necessary to conduct field inspections, it shall undertake this with consideration to where the risk of forced labour is located. 2. Where the risk of forced labour is located in the territory of the Member State, the lead competent authority may conduct its own inspections, in accordance with national law in compliance with Union law. If needed, the lead competent authority may ask the cooperation of other national authorities relevant for the implementation of this regulation, such as labour, health or fiscal authorities. 3. Where the risk of forced labour is located outside the territory of the Union, the Commission acting as lead competent authority may carry out all necessary checks and inspections provided that the economic operators concerned give their consent and that the government of the third country in which the inspections are to take place has been officially notified and raises no objection. Assistance from the European External Action Service may be requested, as appropriate, to facilitate such contacts.
Field Inspections. 3.3.1 The City may utilize field inspectors to assist the City’s Representative during construction in observing performance of the Design-Builder. The inspector is for the purpose of assisting the City’s Representative and should not be confused with an inspector with a City regulatory agency or with an inspector from a City laboratory pursuant to section 2.17. 3.3.2 Through onsite observation of the Work in progress and field checks of materials and equipment, the inspector shall endeavor to provide protection against defects and deficiencies in the Work. 3.3.2.1 The inspector will be authorized to inspect all Work and materials furnished. Such inspection may extend to all or part of the Work and to the preparation, fabrication or manufacture of the materials to be used. 3.3.2.2 The inspector will not be authorized to issue instructions contrary to the Construction Documents or to act as foremen for the Design-Builder. 3.3.2.3 The inspector shall have the authority to reject Work or materials until any questions at issue can be decided by the City’s Representative. 3.3.3 The furnishing of such services for the City shall not make the City responsible for or give the City control over construction means, methods, techniques, sequence or procedures or for safety precautions or programs or responsibility for the Design-Builder’s failure to perform the Work in accordance with Contract Documents.
Field Inspections. The City retains the right to make unannounced field inspections or conduct riders’ surveys, and City staff may accompany drivers in order to monitor and evaluate performance. Provider’s Road Supervisors will conduct and record random spot checks on drivers in the field in order to monitor on-time performance, securement of mobility devices, proper loading and unloading of passengers, and overall driver performance. Provider will maintain these Field Inspection Reports for the duration of the contract and for 2 years thereafter.
Field Inspections. The Member will be responsible for reporting any major deficiencies found during a field inspection, to the customer. EfficiencyOne reserves the right to disclose the deficiencie(s) to the customer directly if needed.

  • Tests and Inspections § 15.5.1 Tests, inspections and approvals of portions of the Work shall be made as required by the Design-Build Documents and by applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations or lawful orders of public authorities. Unless otherwise provided, the Design-Builder shall make arrangements for such tests, inspections and approvals with an independent testing laboratory or entity acceptable to the Owner, or with the appropriate public authority, and shall bear all related costs of tests, inspections and approvals. The Design-Builder shall give the Owner timely notice of when and where tests and inspections are to be made so that the Owner may be present for such procedures. The Owner shall bear costs of (1) tests, inspections or approvals that do not become requirements until after bids are received or negotiations concluded, and (2) tests, inspections or approvals where building codes or applicable laws or regulations prohibit the Owner from delegating their cost to the Design-Builder. § 15.5.2 If the Owner determines that portions of the Work require additional testing, inspection or approval not included under Section 15.5.1, the Owner will instruct the Design-Builder to make arrangements for such additional testing, inspection or approval by an entity acceptable to the Owner, and the Design-Builder shall give timely notice to the Owner of when and where tests and inspections are to be made so that the Owner may be present for such procedures. Such costs, except as provided in Section 15.5.3, shall be at the Owner’s expense. § 15.5.3 If such procedures for testing, inspection or approval under Sections 15.5.1 and 15.5.2 reveal failure of the portions of the Work to comply with requirements established by the Design-Build Documents, all costs made necessary by such failure shall be at the Design-Builder’s expense. § 15.5.4 Required certificates of testing, inspection or approval shall, unless otherwise required by the Design-Build Documents, be secured by the Design-Builder and promptly delivered to the Owner. § 15.5.5 If the Owner is to observe tests, inspections or approvals required by the Design-Build Documents, the Owner will do so promptly and, where practicable, at the normal place of testing. § 15.5.6 Tests or inspections conducted pursuant to the Design-Build Documents shall be made promptly to avoid unreasonable delay in the Work.

  • Visits and Inspections Permit representatives of the Administrative Agent or any Lender, from time to time upon reasonable prior notice to visit and inspect its properties; inspect and make extracts from its books, records and files, including, but not limited to, management letters prepared by independent accountants; and discuss with its principal officers, and its independent accountants, its business, assets, liabilities, financial condition, results of operations and business prospects.

  • Audits/Inspections Contractor agrees to permit the County’s Auditor-Controller or the Auditor- Controller’s authorized representative (including auditors from a private auditing firm hired by the County) access during normal working hours to all books, accounts, records, reports, files, financial records, supporting documentation, including payroll and accounts payable/receivable records, and other papers or property of Contractor for the purpose of auditing or inspecting any aspect of performance under this Contract. The inspection and/or audit will be confined to those matters connected with the performance of the Contract including, but not limited to, the costs of administering the Contract. The County will provide reasonable notice of such an audit or inspection. The County reserves the right to audit and verify the Contractor’s records before final payment is made. Contractor agrees to maintain such records for possible audit for a minimum of three years after final payment, unless a longer period of records retention is stipulated under this Contract or by law. Contractor agrees to allow interviews of any employees or others who might reasonably have information related to such records. Further, Contractor agrees to include a similar right to the County to audit records and interview staff of any subcontractor related to performance of this Contract. Should the Contractor cease to exist as a legal entity, the Contractor’s records pertaining to this Contract shall be forwarded to the County’s project manager.

The Tenant is only required to allow such access for the following: • the Tenant has not complied with a written notice under the Terms of this Agreement and the Landlord wishes to enter the Property in accordance with these Terms. • the Landlord seeks to carry out work for which the Landlord is responsible • the Landlord wishes to inspect the Property • to enable the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent to comply with statute • Any gas safety or electrical safety checks • Where the Property shall have working Chimney(s) to permit the Landlord’s contractor to attend and sweep the chimney(s) at least every 12 months or more frequently as reasonably considered necessary whether or not the Tenant shall have used such chimney(s) 3.7.2 At any point in the Tenancy, allow access to the Property to the Landlord’s Agent and any estate or letting agents together with any prospective buyer, mortgagee, their surveyors or future Tenant at all reasonable times during normal working hours of the Landlord’s Agent upon giving 24 hours written notice made by any person who is or is acting on behalf of a prospective purchaser or Tenant of the Property and who is authorised by the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent to view the Property. 3.7.3 At any point in the Tenancy, permit the Landlord’s Agents or any estate agents’ notices or boards to be affixed to the Property. 3.7.4 Where the Property or any equipment at the Property is covered by a service contract or warranty, where required by the Landlord or Agent, the Tenant will arrange appointments direct with the service contract provider and the Tenant will attend all and any visits required.

  • RECORDS AND INSPECTIONS Consultant shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement for a period of three years after the expiration or termination of this Agreement. City shall have the right to access and examine such records, without charge, during normal business hours. City shall further have the right to audit such records, to make transcripts therefrom and to inspect all program data, documents, proceedings, and activities.
