Common use of Filling of Vacancy Clause in Contracts

Filling of Vacancy. The qualified senior nurse within a defined nursing unit who applies for the vacancy in the first seven (7) days of posting will be offered the position, provided that such nurse has the required skill and ability to perform the position at the time such position is assumed. If no nurse within the relevant defined nursing unit is qualified for or bids on the position, the Hospital will offer the position to the most senior qualified nurse within the Hospital who applies for the position in the first seven (7) days of posting.

Filling of Vacancy. 2 The qualified senior nurse within a defined nursing unit who applies for the 3 vacancy in the first seven (7) days of posting will be offered the position, provided that 4 such nurse has the required skill and ability to perform the position at the time such 5 position is assumed. If no nurse within the relevant defined nursing unit is qualified for 6 or bids on the position, the Hospital will offer the position to the most senior qualified 7 nurse within the Hospital who applies for the position in the first seven (7) days of 8 posting.

The qualified senior nurse within a defined nursing unit who 12 applies for the vacancy in the first seven (7) days of posting will be offered the position, 13 provided that such nurse has the required skill and ability to perform the position at the 14 time such position is assumed. If no nurse within the relevant defined nursing unit is 15 qualified for or bids on the position, the Hospital will offer the position to the most senior 16 qualified nurse within the Hospital who applies for the position in the first seven (7) days 17 of posting.

If no nurse within the relevant defined nursing unit is qualified for or bids on 33 the position, the Hospital will offer the position to the most senior qualified nurse within 34 the Hospital who applies for the position in the first seven (7) days of posting.
