This shall be done to not only protect the Port of Seattle Fire Department and this Local, but to protect the greater interest of the Port.

FIRST AID FACILITY. 12.12.1. A First Aid Room and Health Centre, and other first aid points, will be provided with proper First Aid equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements. 12.12.2. The Company will utilise the nearest available medical facilities where serious injuries are sustained by an Employee, provided that the Company will be guided by qualified medical opinion including the ambulance service. The Company will not be responsible or liable for an Employee’s medical or associated expenses arising from non-work-related matters. Local 1257 should have the right to participate in any and all studies in providing first aid to the public, as we are the first line providers ofemergency medical care on the Airport's facilities. This shall be done to not only protect the Port of Seattle Fire Department and this Local, but to protect the greater interest of the Port. 50 with the most service time with the Port of Seattle Fire Department will be selected for the position. Members rehired from the list will retain previously accrued seniority.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to ICG.

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.
