FLEXIBILITY COMMITMENT Clause Samples

A Flexibility Commitment clause establishes the parties' agreement to adapt or modify certain terms of their contract in response to changing circumstances or unforeseen events. Typically, this clause outlines the process for proposing adjustments, such as notice requirements or negotiation periods, and may specify which aspects of the agreement are subject to change, like delivery schedules or pricing. Its core function is to provide a structured mechanism for accommodating change, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring the contract remains workable even if conditions evolve.
