FLEXIBLE BENEFITS SCHEME. (1) The Flexible Benefits Scheme shall be a moribund benefits scheme with effect from 1 January 2021 on a personal-to-holder basis, with no prospect of change.

FLEXIBLE BENEFITS SCHEME. During the Employment, the Executive will participate in the Diageo Flexible Benefits Programme. This comprises a Flexible Allowance which will be reviewed from time to time and which will be [ l ] per annum as at the Commencement Date. With this allowance, the Executive may receive a combination of any of the following benefits:
FLEXIBLE BENEFITS SCHEME. Under the Flexible Benefits Scheme, staff would be eligible for a quantum of $450 per calendar year to spend on items that will improve their well being and that of their family. With effect from 1 January 2011, the lump sum of $450 will be credited into staff’s payroll over two payments during the calendar year.
FLEXIBLE BENEFITS SCHEME. (1) The Flexible Benefits Scheme is applicable to staff members who are employed on a full-time basis in the Administrative grade, excluding employees who are excluded under Clause 2 of this Agreement. The terms and conditions of the Flexible Benefits Scheme are set out in the Annex to this Agreement.
FLEXIBLE BENEFITS SCHEME. (1) The Flexible Benefits Scheme, as provided in sub-clauses 40(2) to 40(6) shall be applicable only to staff of NHG, IMH, NHGP, NHGPh, NHGD, TTSH and NSC who are under the Flexible Benefits Scheme.
