Flexible Workday. For all recognized shifts within this Agreement, the Employer may change the start time by up to one hour before or after the regular start time. The Employer shall notify the employee(s) by the end of the shift plus one work day before the required start time (e.g., notice by 4:30 p.m. Tuesday for work on Thursday). Employees working under this provision shall attend Safety Training sessions in accordance with Article 8.4.

Flexible Workday. 5.5.1 Certified employees who are requested by the District and who voluntarily choose to participate in their school's School Improvement Program may volunteer on an annual basis to participate in the restructuring of their seven (7) hour workday. The seven (7) hour workday includes at least one 45- minute planning period and is in addition to a 30-minute duty free lunch period. The 300 minutes per week (30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the student day) may be redistributed throughout the work week. Student contact time will not exceed 1400 minutes per week.
Flexible Workday. If a Staff member needs to extend workdays on a consistent basis to meet student/school needs, that Staff member could, with prior approval of the affected school administrator and the Director, occasionally alter a workday. The altered workday would not necessarily be on a day of the week the Staff member extends his/her hours and would not affect service to students/schools. Nothing in this policy should be construed to imply that any and all “overtime” hours would be compensated for with additional salary or “time off”.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts Employees in the unit shall have access to the County’s flexible spending account program, which provides employees with the options of dependent care assistance benefits with a calendar year maximum of $5,000, and medical expense reimbursement benefits with a calendar year maximum of $2,400. The County shall maintain this plan in compliance with IRC §125. Employee premiums for flexible spending account benefits shall be deducted on a pre-tax basis from employee pay.

  • 401(k) Plan The Company presently offers its employees a 401k plan with a Company match to be determined annually by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. You may elect to contribute pre-tax deferrals through payroll deduction pursuant to the terms of the 401k plan.

  • Retirement Plans In connection with the individual retirement accounts, simplified employee pension plans, rollover individual retirement plans, educational IRAs and XXXX individual retirement accounts (“XXX Plans”), 403(b) Plans and money purchase and profit sharing plans (collectively, the “Retirement Plans”) within the meaning of Section 408 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) sponsored by a Fund for which contributions of the Fund’s shareholders (the “Participants”) are invested solely in Shares of the Fund, JHSS shall provide the following administrative services:

  • Health Plans The health plans offered and benefits provided by those plans shall be those approved by the City's JLMBC and administered by the Personnel Department in accordance with LAAC Section 4.
