PERIODIC TRAINING. In addition to the Specific Training described above, Extendicare shall provide four hours of Periodic Training to all Relevant Covered Persons annually on the quality of care issues identified by the Compliance Committee. In determining what training should be performed, the Compliance Committee shall review the complaints received, satisfaction surveys, staff turnover data, any state or federal surveys, including those performed by the Joint Commission or other such private agencies, any internal surveys, the CMS quality indicators, and the findings, reports, and recommendations of the Monitor.
PERIODIC TRAINING. The Service Provider shall ensure periodic trainings, as decided between IIMC and the SERVICE PROVIDER for all workers deployed under the Agreement. All trainings are to be documented, signed off by attendees and submitted to IIMC Authorized Person upon completion Trainings should cover the following areas: Basic First Aid Basic Housekeeping Skill Training Attitudinal & Behavioural Correction Supervisory Skill Development Personal Appearance & Hygiene POSH (Anti-sexual Harassment) Training
PERIODIC TRAINING. We may require you, or your owners, to attend periodic supplemental, additional or refresher training courses or training conferences at such times and locations that we designate, and we may charge fees for such courses (collectively, “Additional Training”). Currently, we require you or your designee (i.e., your manager or 1 other person) to attend up to 4 days of Additional Training offered on a regional basis, and/or one annual training conference of up to 3 days. You agree to give us reasonable assistance in training other EVOS® Restaurant franchise owners. We will reimburse you for your reasonable out-of-pocket expenses in providing such assistance. All persons attending Additional Training are required to sign our standard Liability Waiver and Release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit “B.” All persons attending Initial Training, Additional Training or any other training we provide are required to sign our standard Liability Waiver and Release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit “B.” During any training we provide, neither you nor your personnel will be our employees. Therefore, neither you nor your trainees will be covered by our workmens compensation insurance.
PERIODIC TRAINING. From time to time, Licensor may conduct refresher or additional training courses for Distributor’s officers and employees designated by Distributor. Attendance at these training programs is mandatory. Licensor will not charge Distributor any fee to attend these mandatory training courses. Distributor is solely responsible for all food, lodging and travel costs that Distributor’s officers and employees incur while attending these training courses.

In determining what training should be performed, the Compliance Committee shall review the complaints received, satisfaction surveys, staff turnover data, any state or federal surveys, including those performed by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) or other such private agencies, any internal surveys, the CMS quality indicators and quality measures, and the findings, reports, and recommendations of the Monitor.
PERIODIC TRAINING. After the initial language access training, continued training on language assistance will be provided approximately annually, using methods regularly used by DCSO for annual training. Refresher courses may be provided virtually or through training bulletins as needed.
PERIODIC TRAINING. ITI will provide training as requested by the Licensee (subject to the availability of qualified ITI representatives) and as required by section 7.5.
