Floors. 1. Ceramic tile, marble and terrazzo floors to be swept and buffed nightly and washed or scrubbed as necessary.
2. Asphalt, vinyl, rubber or other composition floors and bases to be swept nightly using dust down preparation; such floors in public areas on multiple tenancy floors to be waxed and buffed monthly.
3. Tile floors in office areas will be waxed and buffed monthly.
4. All floors stripped and rewaxed as necessary.
5. All carpeted areas and rugs to be vacuum cleaned nightly.
6. Carpet shampooing will be performed at Tenant’s request and billed to Tenant.
7. Carpets will be spot cleaned on a nightly basis.
Floors. (a) Provide new anti-static VCT, locations to be determined by Lessee.
(b) Provide new building standard commercial grade carpet throughout, subject to Lessee approval unless noted otherwise, color to be approved by Lessee.
(c) Provide new 4” rubber cover base throughout, color to be selected by Lessee.
Floors. All floors will be machine-scrubbed, using a germicidal solution, detergent and water. After scrubbing, floors will be rinsed with clean water and dried. All water marks will be removed from walls, partitions, and fixtures.
Floors. Floors of all rooms will be finished with vitrified tiles, bathrooms upto 7’ feet height will be provided with vitrified tiles of ISI brand tiles. Flats are fully tiled/marble with tiled/marble skirting where required.
Floors. If, in the 2012 or 2013 League Year, the Player Cost Amount calculated pursuant to this Section is less than $142.4 million per Club, then the Player Cost Amount shall be increased to $142.4 million per Club (i.e., there is a Player Cost “floor” of $142.4 million per Club for those League Years).
Floors. Group A-Granite, ceramic tile, marble, terrazzo. Group B-Linotile, asphalt, koroseal, plastic vinyl, wood, rubber, or other composition floors and base.
Floors a. Unless otherwise approved, floors of self-contained MFF units must be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. Examples of acceptable floors are vinyl composition tile, commercial grade linoleum, or similar finish (§§ 6- 101.11; 6-201.11; 6-501.
b. The floor and wall junctures are to be coved and sealed (§ 6-201.13).
c. Push carts and food delivery and dispensing units must be located on concrete, asphalt, or a similar non- absorbent permanent or temporary surface that minimizes dust and mud. The service sites should be graded to drain away from the MFF unit.
Floors. 5.1 Do wash all floors.
5.2 Please dry mop before wet mopping.
Floors. All non-carpeted floors must be kept clean and properly cared for by the tenant. The tenant will, within one month of the commencement of the rental period, carpet all traffic areas that were previously bare floor, to the landlordʼs reasonable satisfaction.
Floors. Concrete floors for the Leased Premises, reasonably smooth, ready to accept carpet with minor preparation. All original construction devices (fasteners, nails, clips, etc.) shall be removed or cut off from concrete under slab areas.
