Food & Beverage Services. Section 4(a) of the Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows: A. Client will establish the selling price of all foods and beverages offered for sale within the facilities, with direction from Quest as agent for Client. Quest reserves the right to request that Client increase prices from the previous year based on CPI indexes, wage indexes or other metrics. Should Client decide not to increase prices, Quest may modify the financial commitment to Client. All charges for meals and beverages served as part of the program shall be done to the credit of Quest on behalf of Client. Quest shall own all food for sale in the course of providing the Services and all sales shall be made as directed by Client, subject to Quest’s consent. All cash receipts from the sale of food shall be deposited in a bank account in the name of Quest DBA as Client out of which the disbursements hereinafter provided should be made. All sales on account from the sale of food shall be deposited into a bank account owned by Client. Client may make reasonable rules and regulations governing its food service operations, and Quest shall comply with any such regulation promptly upon Client’s prior notice. Client shall have the right to inspect its food service facilities at any time without prior notice to Quest. Quest shall keep and maintain for the Client complete records and books of accounts relating to the operation of the Services. Quest will provide a monthly operating statement to Client of all monthly and year to date revenues received to operate the food service program.”
Food & Beverage Services. CAM-PLEX retains exclusive rights to all concessions operated at CAM-PLEX except under special agreement between USER and CAM-PLEX. USER must inform CAM-PLEX of all food and liquor concession plans. All food operators must meet the WY Department of Agriculture Food Establishment License Requirements (State Health Permits), including caterers, concessionaires, and booth vendors. Cooking of fried foods outside of the concession rooms is not allowed. CAM-PLEX reserves the right to close any concession or liquor service area for cause.
Food & Beverage Services. Team San Xxxx is the Exclusive Provider for all food and non-alcoholic beverage services and retail sale services (including, without limitation, concessions and novelties) within the Facilities. TSJ Events, LLC ("TSJ Events"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Team San Xxxx, is currently the Exclusive Provider of all alcoholic beverage sales within the Facilities. Any Minimum Food and Beverage Commitment, if applicable, includes Catered Food and Beverage, and excludes labor, service charge and tax. Except as provided below or as otherwise agreed by Team San Xxxx in its sole discretion, all food and beverage and retail arrangements must be made through Team San Xxxx and TSJ Events or such other provider as Team San Xxxx may designate. If an Event includes food and beverage exhibitors, subject to the rules and regulations established by Team San Xxxx from time to time, such exhibitors may only exhibit food and beverage merchandise that they would serve or produce in the ordinary course of their business. Exhibits of food and/or beverage items shall be restricted to designated areas, and such exhibits may not compete with food and beverage services offered by Team San Xxxx or its contractors at the Facilities, and all such Exhibits must be arranged with and approved by Team San Xxxx not less than 15 calendar days prior to the first day of the Occupation Term.
Food & Beverage Services. City or its assigned agent will provide all catering and retail sale of food and/or beverage services.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Food Services The School District will provide for all applicable Student meals as required by State and Federal law and School District rules and procedures as applicable when students attend a College site. Students may purchase food from College food service facilities when on the College campus.

  • Special Services Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Surgical Services All necessary procedures for extractions and other surgical procedures normally performed by a dentist.
