FOR CALL BACK. An employee called back to work in the same workday from either standby duty or non-standby duty status after working a full workday shall be compensated at one and one-half times the normal straight-time hourly rate for such work; provided, however, that the minimum compensation per instance shall be two hours at the rate set forth herein.

FOR CALL BACK. Regardless of actual hours worked in that workweek, an employee shall be compensated at time and one half (11/2) the straight- time hourly rate, including applicable shift differential, when called back from either standby or non-standby status, with a guarantee of two (2) hours work for hours worked on such a call back.

  • Call Back Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift, and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift, they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of work or four (4) hours pay at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) their regular hourly earnings.
