Forbidden Behaviour. 12.3.1 Any behaviour by a Ticket Holder that, in Rio 2016’s view, creates a dangerous situation, puts at risk an individual’s personal security, is against public order, interferes in any way with the orderly execution of a Session or disrupts the enjoyment of a Session is forbidden and may result in a refusal of admission to or removal from the Venue without refund. 12.3.2 The following is an illustrative list of prohibited and restricted behaviour within any Venue, and is subject to change at the discretion of Rio 2016: fighting; public drunkenness; smoking; gambling; unauthorised money collection; any activity related to marketing or advertising (including, for the avoidance of doubt, individual or group ambush marketing); activity or protest related to unions, political or religious subjects; sale of goods by unauthorised individuals or in unauthorised places (booths, mobile fast food restaurants, refreshment areas, etc.); unauthorised Ticket sales; unauthorised transmissions and/or recording through mobile telephones or other instruments (video cameras, tape recorders, etc.); entry of unauthorised journalists/reporters with taping or recording equipment and/or video cameras; flash photography; attempting to access restricted areas; requesting money or other goods without authorisation (for example, musicians or singers at the entrance to or in the Venue, charity collectors, beggars); standing on seats; opening of umbrellas within the spectator seating area or otherwise obstructing the view of other spectators; interfering with the operation of a Session; disturbing other spectators’ enjoyment of a Session; disrupting the comfort or safety of other Ticket Holders and any other activity that Rio 2016 deems dangerous or inappropriate.

Forbidden Behaviour. The user is forbidden to use the vehicle for the following purposes: a) for motor sport purposes, particularly for events that are held for the purpose of reaching the highest possible speed, b) for vehicle tests, driver training and driver safety training and for driving on unpaved roads, c) for commercial passenger transport and other forms or carrying passengers on commercial basis (hire and reward), d) for secondary renting or for advertising activities of the user, e) for committing criminal offences, even if they are only punishable under lex loci delicti. f) for transporting easily inflammable, poisonous or other hazardous substances, g) for transporting objects that, in view of their shape, size of weight, could impair the driving safety or that could damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle, h) for towing trailers, vehicles or other objects, i) for transporting animals, unless they are held in a closed cage that is kept safely in the boot. The user is also forbidden j) to use the vehicle outside Germany, except in the case of partner offers (e.g. Hochzillertal skiing package) where the location of fulfilment is abroad, k) to drive the vehicle under the influence of alcohol (maximum limit of 0.0 ‰), drugs or medication that could affect the ability to drive, l) to transport children under the age of 12 years or shorter than 150 cm without making use of a suitable, approved restraint that is appropriate for the age of the child (infant carries, child seat, booster cushion). The user must follow all manufacturer’s instructions in respect of mounting and demounting child restraint systems, m) to grossly pollute the DriveNow vehicle or to leave any kind of waste behind in the vehicle, n) to smoke in the DriveNow vehicle or to permit passengers to smoke, o) to remove accessories from the vehicle, p) to overload the vehicle or to transport more people than for whom there are seats in the vehicle equipped with safety belts, q) to carry out repair work on the vehicle, to mount parts on the vehicle, to demount mounted parts from the vehicle or to charge third parties with doing so, r) to leave the front passenger airbag deactivated upon returning the vehicle.

  • Behaviour No obscene or insulting language or disorderly behaviour shall be permitted. This includes any form of entertainment that may be considered lewd or inappropriate for a public place or that may offend or cause embarrassment to others.

  • PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR Teachers are expected to comply with reasonable rules, regulations, and directions adopted by the Board, or its representatives, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, provided that a teacher may reasonably refuse to carry out an order which threatens physical safety or well being or is professionally demeaning.

  • Abuse You agree to immediately notify us if you suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. If you so notify us, or we otherwise suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, you agree to cooperate with us in any fraud investigation and to use any fraud prevention measures we prescribe. Your failure to cooperate or to use such measures will result in your liability for all fraudulent usage or abusive activity associated with your Equipment (as defined below).

  • Violence in the Workplace (a) The parties agree that violence shall be defined as any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted while performing his or her work. The parties agree it includes the application of force, threats with or without weapons and severe verbal abuse. The parties agree that such incidents will not be condoned. Any employee who believes he/she has been subjected to such incident shall report this to a supervisor who will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation. For purposes of sub-article (a) only, employees as referred to herein shall mean all employees of the Employer notwithstanding Article 2.12. (b) The Employer agrees to develop formalized policies and procedures in consultation with the Joint Health and Safety Committee to deal with workplace violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence and the management of violent situations and support to employees who have faced workplace violence. These policies and procedures shall be communicated to all employees. The local parties will consider appropriate measures and procedures in consultation with the Joint Health and Safety Committee to address violence in the workplace, which may include, among other measures and procedures: i) Alert employees about a person with a known history of aggressive and responsive behaviours and their known triggers by means of: A) electronic and/or other appropriate flagging systems, B) direct verbal communication / alerts (i.e. shift reports), ii) Communicate and provide appropriate training and education, iii) Reporting all incidents of workplace violence, iv) Long-term care home wide violence risk assessments. (c) The Employer will report all incidents of violence as defined herein to the Joint Health and Safety Committee for review. (d) The Employer agrees to provide training and information on the prevention of violence to all employees who come into contact with potentially aggressive persons. This training will be done during a new employee’s orientation and updated as required. (e) Subject to appropriate legislation, and with the employee’s consent, the Employer will inform the Union within three (3) days of any employee who has been subjected to violence while performing his/her work. Such information shall be submitted in writing to the Union as soon as practicable.

  • Activity A Connected Account may perform Activity, or you may perform Activity on behalf of a Connected Account, depending on how you integrate the Stripe API into your Platform Services. You are responsible for all Activity initiated by you, your representatives, and any individual or entity using your credentials, including your Stripe Account login and password and your Stripe API key. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, where either Stripe or a Connected Account incurs any losses, damages or costs based on unauthorised Activity initiated by you or on your behalf, as between Stripe and you, you are liable for those losses, damages or costs.

  • Weapons We have a zero tolerance of the possession of weapons (sword, knives etc) or firearms (guns etc) in the Room, Building or Common Property. If You are found in possession of weapons, firearms or implements associated with their use in the Room, Building or Common Property We will immediately terminate this agreement and inform the relevant UNSW and legal authorities.

  • Alcohol on the day of testing all workers onsite shall be required to submit a breath sample i.e. blanket testing.
