Formal Review Committee. 1. A Formal Review Committee will be formed to hear referrals by the chief academic officer or to hear an appeal requested by the faculty member. Written notice of an appeal by the faculty member requesting committee review will be given to the College President within thirty (30) working days after receipt of the chief academic officer's written decision.

  • Review Committee A Student may ask that the decision of the Housing Director or designee to deny the cancellation be reviewed. The review will be conducted by a committee consisting of University officials.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities.
