Committee Selection. The five (5) teacher members and four (4) administrator members of the LPDC will be appointed by the school board. Teacher representatives will be filled by recommendation of the TEA president. Administrative representatives will be filled by recommendation of the superintendent.

Committee Selection. The Committee shall be called the Tenure Review Committee and will be made up of the Division Administrator from the division of the candidate and three tenured faculty members. The Division Administrator will initiate formation of the committee.
