Franchise Grant. The Franchising Authority hereby grants to the Grantee a non-exclusive Franchise authorizing the Grantee to construct and operate a Cable System in the Public Ways within the Franchise Area, and for that purpose to erect, install, construct, repair, replace, reconstruct, maintain, or retain in any Public Way such poles, wires, cables, conductors, ducts, conduits, vaults, manholes, pedestals, amplifiers, appliances, attachments, and other related property or equipment as may be necessary or appurtenant to the Cable System, and to provide such services over the Cable System as may be lawfully allowed.
Franchise Grant. The Franchise Authority hereby grants to the Franchisee under the Code of Virginia and the Cable Act a non-exclusive Franchise authorizing the Franchisee to construct and operate a Cable System in the Public Ways within the Franchise Area, and for that purpose to use, erect, install, construct, repair, alter, add to, inspect, replace, reconstruct, maintain, or retain in any Public Way such poles, wires, cables, conductors, ducts, underground conduits, vaults, manholes, pedestals, amplifiers, appliances, attachments, and, including but not limited to, above ground enclosures, markers, and concrete pads, or other related property, equipment, or fixtures as may be necessary, useful, or appurtenant to the Cable System, and to provide such services over the Cable System as may be lawfully allowed.
Franchise Grant. At the request of Franchisee and in reliance on the application and information furnished by Franchisee, FRANCHISOR grants to Franchisee a non-exclusive license to use the Popeyes System, including the Popeyes Marks, solely at the Locations for the Terms on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and each Unit Addendum. Franchisee hereby accepts this license with the full and complete understanding that the license contains no promise or assurance of renewal or the granting of a new license at the expiration of the applicable Term, except as set forth in clause 2.5. For the avoidance of doubt, Parent will not operate Franchised Restaurants in the Territory.
Franchise Grant. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the COMPANY grants to FRANCHISEE a franchise ("Franchise") to operate one (1) Floridino's Restaurant ("Restaurant"), offering the products and services required and approved by the COMPANY and using the Marks and the System, at the following location: The COMPANY's approval of the foregoing location does not constitute a representation, warranty, or guarantee by the COMPANY that the Restaurant can be successfully operated at such location.
Franchise Grant. In reliance on the application and information furnished by Franchisee and Co-Debtor, BKE grants to Franchisee a non-exclusive license to use the Burger King System, including the Burger King Marks, solely in connection with the operation of a Burger King Restaurant at the Location for the Term on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Franchisee accepts this license with the full and complete understanding that the license contains no promise or assurance of renewal or the granting of a new license at the expiration of the Term.
Franchise Grant. The Town hereby grants to the Service Provider, in accordance with the Town’s ordinances and regulations governing the collection, hauling and disposal of Municipal Solid Waste and Construction and Demolition Waste, the nonexclusive franchise, license and privilege to collect, haul and dispose of Municipal Solid Waste and Construction and Demolition Waste over, upon, along and across the Town’s present and future streets, alleys, bridges, rights-of-ways and public properties.

Franchise Grant. At the request of the Franchisee and the Guarantors and in consideration of payment of the Initial Fee by the Franchisee to the Franchisor, the Franchisor hereby grants to the Franchisee, and the Franchisee hereby accepts the right to conduct the franchise business in the Territory and for the Term in accordance with the provisions hereof. The Franchisee acknowledges having received a copy of the franchising code, the disclosure document, and this Agreement more than 14 days before signing this Agreement. The Franchisee may terminate this Agreement by written notice served on the Franchisor within seven days from signing this Agreement but will remain bound by the provisions intended to survive termination. In the event of the Franchisee terminating this Agreement within such seven day period then the Franchisor shall refund all amounts paid by the Franchisee to Franchisor less a reasonable contribution towards the costs incurred by the Franchisor in recruiting and training the Franchisee and preparing the associated documentation. The Franchisee shall immediately, following the expiration of the seven-day cooling off period, following the execution and delivery hereof by the Franchisee and the Principals: Do all such things as are necessary to secure the premises if any for the conduct of the business; Pay the Initial Fee to the Franchisor or as the Franchisor may direct; Pay the Bond to the Franchisor or as the Franchisor may direct; Pay the Training Fee to the Franchisor or as the Franchisor may direct and arrange with the Franchisor a mutually convenient time to commence the Training Program; Complete the Training Program in a timely manner; Obtain all consents, licences and approvals as may be necessary for the conduct of the franchise business; and If applicable appoint the nominated representative to liaise with the Franchisor in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Franchise Grant. Franchisee shall pay LFA a Franchise Grant of Fifty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($51,800.00) (the “Franchise Grant”) which may be used for any lawful purpose. The Franchise Grant shall be payable within forty-five (45) days of the Effective Date of this Franchise. To the extent permitted by federal law, Franchisee shall be allowed to recover the Franchise Grant from Subscribers and may line-item or otherwise pass- through this amount to Subscribers. The reference to the line item on the xxxx shall accurately describe its purpose.
