Common use of Freezer Premium Clause in Contracts

Freezer Premium. A freezer premium of one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per hour in addition to regular wages shall be paid to all employees who normally perform work in the freezer. This premium will be paid for the entire shift for those employees working full- time in the freezer, but will only be payable on actual hours worked for those employees spending only a portion of their time in the freezer. The premium is not to be added to regular wages for purposes of computing overtime.
