FSU Representatives. The FSU Branch Secretary will advise the Credit Union in writing of the appointment of one or more members appointed to act as FSU Representative in the Credit Union workplaces. An FSU Representative will be allowed time during work hours to perform the following tasks: • Recruitment of FSU members • Discussions with other FSU members on matters relating to their terms of employment • Discussion of other matters with FSU officers. • Receiving instructions from the FSU about performance of FSU duties At all times, the Representative will ensure that there is no disruption or hindrance to an employee/member’s work being performed, including his/her own work. Appointment as an FSU Representative remains in force while the employee is employed at the workplace, unless the authority is rescinded by the FSU.

FSU Representatives. (1) To facilitate a harmonious, consultative and cooperative approach to employee relations within TMB, staff who have been duly appointed as FSU Representatives by the FSU Local Executive Secretary, or other persons who have been elected to act as staff representatives, will be allowed reasonable time and facilities during working hours to attend to their duties as FSU representatives, or other staff representatives. Any time spent by an FSU representative or staff representative attending to employee relations shall first be agreed in advance with the Chief HR Officer or his/her nominee.

  • Staff Representatives A. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the bargaining unit for which they are responsible. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes.

  • Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.

  • Union Representatives Upon mutual agreement of the parties, the number may be altered from time to time. Where a Union Representative commences on an extended leave of absence, the Union will endeavour to find a temporary replacement for the Union Representative from within the Home.

  • 000 UNION REPRESENTATIVES 9.100 Representatives of the Unions shall have access to the job during working hours on Union business. They shall, as regulations of the plant permit, obtain specific authorization from the Company for each visit.

  • Grievance Representatives Within 30 working days after the execution of this Agreement, the Union shall furnish the Xxxxxxx with a list of all persons authorized to act as the Chapter and UPI Local Grievance Representatives and shall update the list as changes occur. The designated Chapter Grievance Representative shall be an employee of the University and shall have the responsibility to meet classes, office hours, and other assigned duties and responsibilities. If the responsibilities of the Chapter Grievance Representative require rescheduling of the representative's University duties, the representative may, with the approval of the Xxxxxxx, arrange for the rescheduling of such duties or their coverage by colleagues. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The provisions of Article 15.4. shall also apply to the UPI Local Grievance Representative if he or she is an employee of the University.

  • Designated Representatives (a) With the delivery of this Agreement, the Subordination Agent shall furnish to each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee, and from time to time thereafter may furnish to each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee, at the Subordination Agent’s discretion, or upon any Liquidity Provider’s or any Trustee’s request (which request shall not be made more than one time in any 12-month period), a certificate (a “Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate”) of a Responsible Officer of the Subordination Agent certifying as to the incumbency and specimen signatures of the officers of the Subordination Agent and the attorney-in-fact and agents of the Subordination Agent (the “Subordination Agent Representatives”) authorized to give Written Notices on behalf of the Subordination Agent hereunder. Until each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee receives a subsequent Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate, it shall be entitled to rely on the last Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate delivered to it hereunder.

  • Consultant’s Representative Consultant hereby designates XXXXXX, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“Consultant’s Representative”). Consultant’s Representative shall have full authority to represent and act on behalf of the Consultant for all purposes under this Agreement. The Consultant’s Representative shall supervise and direct the Services, using their best skill and attention, and shall be responsible for all means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures and for the satisfactory coordination of all portions of the Services under this Agreement.

  • City’s Representative The City hereby designates Xxx Xxxxx, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“City’s Representative”). City’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the City for all purposes under this Contract. Consultant shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than the City’s Representative or his or her designee.
