Fuel Fees all payments for fuel will be borne by the Lessee. The Lessee undertakes to return the Vehicle with a fuel tank as it was at the time of delivery of the Vehicle to its possession, otherwise the Lessee will be charged at the fuel costs pursuant to the Lessor’s tariff which is 50% higher than the maximum fuel prices carried by petrol stations.
Fuel Fees. In consideration for the operation of the Fuel Farm, the Lessee shall pay the City a per gallon flowage fee and storage fee for all fuel sold by Lessee at the Airport. The City shall establish the fees by Resolution and the fees are subject to change following a thirty (30) day written notice to Xxxxxx. Payment of the fees and charges shall be made to the City on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month for all such fuel received or delivered during the preceding month. Receipt and delivery of all fuel shall be metered in a manner satisfactory to City, and City shall have the privilege of examining the types of equipment used in connection with the receipt, storage and dispensing of fuel by Xxxxxx and of examining Xxxxxx’s books and records within five (5) calendar days upon request in order to accurately determine that payments have been made as required.
Fuel Fees. All the vehicles are equipped with GPS and we are able to track the vehicle, the mileage and fuel level. What you provide us from your verbal confirmation should match or be close to what we show on our GPS system. Not calling prior to and after your rental with mileage and fuel levels will result in us using the GPS as the final decision maker as to additional fees for mileage and fuel levels.

  • Rental Fees The Employer agrees to enter into a tool rental agreement with mechanics wherein the Employer shall pay a fee for the employee’s use of such tools in the service of the Employer. The agreement shall be of legal form and shall contain as minimum provisions the following: a. Rental fee of four hundred dollars ($400.00) per year. b. Ownership and use shall remain vested in the employee. c. The employee shall furnish tools of less than one (1) inch. d. A pro rate termination fee schedule.

  • Escrow Fees The fee of the Escrow Agent is a fee of $1,500, $750 of which shall be paid by the registrant at the opening of escrow and the remainder of which fee shall be paid after the close of the offering. In addition, all hard costs (wire fees, etc.) shall be deducted from disbursements.

  • L/C Fees Borrower shall pay to Agent for the account of each Lender in accordance with its Applicable Percentage an L/C fee (the “L/C Fee”) for each Letter of Credit equal to the Applicable Rate times the daily amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit. For purposes of computing the daily amount available to be drawn under any Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be determined in accordance with Section 1.06. L/C Fees shall be (A) due and payable on the first Business Day of each of April, July, October and January, in respect of the most recently-ended quarterly period (or portion thereof, in the case of the first payment), commencing with the first such date to occur after the issuance of such Letter of Credit, on the L/C Expiration Date and thereafter on demand and (B) computed on a quarterly basis in arrears. If there is any change in the Applicable Rate during any quarter, the daily amount available to be drawn under each Letter of Credit shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Rate separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Rate was in effect. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, upon the request of the Required Lenders, while any Event of Default exists, all L/C Fees shall accrue at the Default Rate.
