Fuel Requirements. Power Marketing shall procure for the Owner Entity all Fuel required to operate the Units, at such time and in such amounts and types as the Operator shall advise Power Marketing. The Owner Entity shall cause the Operator to notify Power Marketing on a regular basis, sufficiently in advance of the need therefor, of the Station's fuel requirements. Coal, fuel oil, petroleum, petroleum distillates and out-state natural gas shall be contracted for directly by the Owner Entity. Power Marketing shall purchase and sell to the Owner Entity all in-state natural gas necessary to meet the Owner Entity's Fuel requirements.

Fuel Requirements. All heavy-duty diesel-powered equipment operating and refueling use low-NOx diesel fuel to the extent that it is readily available and cost effective (up to 125 percent of the cost of CARB diesel) in the South Coast Air Basin (this does not apply to diesel-powered trucks traveling to and from the project site). Contract specifications shall be included in project construction documents, which shall be reviewed by the City prior to issuance of a grading permit.

Fuel Requirements. No foreign air carrier may begin a flight operation under VFR in:
i. An airplane, unless, taking into account both the meteorological conditions and any delays that are expected in flight, the airplane carries sufficient fuel and oil to ensure that it can safely complete the flight.
ii. A helicopter, unless, taking into account both the meteorological conditions and any delays that are expected in flight, the helicopter carries sufficient fuel and oil to ensure that it can safely complete the flight.
Fuel Requirements. All vehicles require ULSD (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel) containing 15 ppm sulfur or less. Failure to use ULSD in the equipment may cause damage to the engine and other components, including the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). Lessee will be responsible for any and all costs to repair damage to World Fuel Services’ equipment caused by failure to use ULSD including, but not limited to, transportation, lost rental and repairs.
