Common use of Full-time Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Full-time Scheduling. Employees will not be scheduled to work more than seven (7) consecutive days unless mutually agreed between the Hospital and the employee.

Full-time Scheduling. (a) Employees will not be scheduled to work more than seven (7) consecutive days unless mutually agreed between the Hospital and the employee.

Full-time Scheduling. (a) Employees who work 7.5 hour shifts will not be scheduled to work more than seven (7) consecutive days unless mutually agreed between the Hospital and the employee. Employees who work eleven and a quarter (11.25) hour shifts will not be scheduled to work more than four (4) consecutive days unless mutually agreed between the Hospital and the employee.
