Full-Time Teachers. PAK A Choices II - This option includes a $500 / $1000 In-Network deductible, $10 office visit and the Rx Saver Prescription Card. Effective January 1, 2019 the $500 / $1000 deductible will be the responsibility of the teacher. OR MESSA ABC Plan I – This option includes a $1350 / 2700 In-Network Deductible and the Rx Saver Prescription Card. The District will pre-fund eighty (80) percent of the deductible.
