Common use of Function of Bargaining Committee Clause in Contracts

Function of Bargaining Committee. All matters pertaining to negotiating of changes to this Collective Agreement shall be referred by the parties to the Bargaining Committee for discussion and settlement, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
