Common use of Furlough Leave Clause in Contracts

Furlough Leave. An employee who, on the day that this Agreement is signed, is entitled to furlough leave, that is to say, five (5) weeks leave with pay upon completing twenty (20) years of continuous employment, retains his entitlement to furlough leave subject to the conditions respecting the granting of such leave that are in force on the day that this Agreement is signed.
