BASE MACHINE OPERATORS. Base Machine Operators shall receive an additional $2.00 per hour in wages.

Future Wage Increases. 1. During the term of this Agreement, IPS will implement further increases, effective January 1, 2024, January 1, 2025, and January 1, 2026, for then-current Unit employees who were employed for the six (6) months preceding the relevant effective date, as follows:
Future Wage Increases. A. All regular employees, including probationary employees, who are included in the classifications listed in Appendices A through C, will receive a 3% increase in base hourly rate/salary effective July 1, 2006: No employee, as a result of receiving the 3% increase, will exceed the maximum of his/her job grade. Effective July 1, 2006, the minimum will be increased by 1.5% for each classification and the maximum for each classification will be increased by 3%. If the employee is at or above the maximum for the pay grade, or as a result of the 3% increase would be above the maximum, the employee will receive a lump sum bonus of up to 3% so that the total increase in the base rate and lump sum bonus equals 3%. The lump sum bonus will be calculated based on the employee’s gross earnings for the 2005 calendar year.
Future Wage Increases. Any future wage increase shall depend on the outcome of any future National Wage decisions any increases arising out of these decisions shall flow on to the employees’ 12 months after the acceptance of this agreement.
Future Wage Increases. Absent a new collective bargaining agreement or imposition pursuant to the impasse resolution procedure of Florida Statute Chapter 447, there shall be no wage increases, including movement within the Step Plan after the termination of this Agreement.
