Garbage and Recycling. Concessionaire shall use the garbage, composting, and recycling system provided by the Port. Concessionaire is required to participate in all garbage and recycling programs. This includes, but is not limited to, composting, mixed cardboard, paper, plastic, metal, and glass recycling, bulk grease recycling and such other programs that may from time to time be adopted by the Port.

Tenants shall make separate and prompt hauling arrangements for excessive garbage pick-up and for removal of furniture belonging to Tenants, such as couches, furniture, appliances, etc. Except for the day of pick up, receptacles will be stored on side or rear of Premises.

Garbage and Recycling. Residents are responsible for removing their own garbage and recyclable material and disposing of it in the applicable location. Leaving garbage in hallways or stairwells, or outside the building is not permitted and may result in a fee for service, to be determined by the Manager. You are not permitted to store bottles or other items for recycling in lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, or other common areas except in designated recycling containers.
Garbage and Recycling. With many people using the CORE21 space daily, it is imperative we all contribute to the proper disposal of our waste. Please follow these simple guidelines when it comes to dealing with your garbage and recycling.
Garbage and Recycling a) Garbage removal and recycling will be the sole responsibility of each managing partner, including direct cost and labor. All managing partners will have access to the compactor, cardboard xxxxxx, and dumpsters at the facility loading dock. The managing partners shall develop a unified policy for garbage removal and recycling and work with other appropriate university departments to accomplish this program.

Guests and their Visitors are to dispose of Garbage and Recycling in accordance with the usual practice at Lefkolla Villa (as set out below) in the allocated trash cans, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas; and b. Garbage and Recycling. The CCC provides limited garbage receptacles per room. Renters are responsible for providing any additional garbage and recycling receptacles to accommodate the needs of their event. Renters will be responsible for removing all garbage and recycling from CCC facility and grounds after the event is over. If any garbage is left, a garbage removal fee of $15 per bag/container will be deducted from deposit or, if deposit amount has been exceeded, charged to renter’s credit card on file and an itemized receipt will be sent to renter’s address on file.

Tenants shall make separate and prompt arrangements for excessive garbage pick-up and for removal of furniture and other household items belonging to Tenants, such as couches, appliances, computers, etc… Except for the day of pick-up, these items will not be stored in the yards or on porches, patios, walkways, driveways or lawn extensions of the premises. In multiple unit buildings, the weekly garbage is taken out by tenants by 8pm of the night before pick-up and shared on a rotating monthly schedule to be given to tenants at move-in. A fee will be assessed if Maintenance personal do this for Tenants.
Garbage and Recycling. The caretaking staff picks up sealed bags of garbage, which are left in the hallway before 8:30 a.m. Monday to Friday. Open bags and garbage cans are not permitted in the hallways. Sealed garbage bags should not be placed in the hallway before 7:30 a.m. Monday to Friday. Residents are responsible for returning any returnable bottles and cans and for placing waste that can be recycled into the appropriate containers located in the residence. The College currently recycles the following:  Metal Cans and the lids to juice bottles e.g. pop and juice cans, Fruitopia lids.  Plastic beverage containers e.g. pop, juice, sports drinks, water, Milk2Go, etc.  Paper Products e.g. notepaper, envelopes, newspaper and boxboard (i.e. tissue boxes & cereal boxes, Kraft dinner boxes, etc.)  Pizza boxes (make sure to remove all food waste and the plastic discs first)
