Garbage and Recycling. Tenants are responsible for taking garbage and recyclables out to the curb each week for city pick-up. Tenants shall make separate and prompt hauling arrangements for excessive garbage pick-up and for removal of furniture belonging to Tenants, such as couches, furniture, appliances, etc. Except for the day of pick up, receptacles will be stored on side or rear of Premises.
Garbage and Recycling. Concessionaire shall use the garbage, composting, and recycling system provided by the Port. Concessionaire is required to participate in all garbage and recycling programs. This includes, but is not limited to, composting, mixed cardboard, paper, plastic, metal, and glass recycling, bulk grease recycling and such other programs that may from time to time be adopted by the Port.

Garbage and Recycling. All park patrons are responsible for keeping the park clean. Put trash in receptacles provided. A deposit is required with the rental fee of the facilities. The person renting the facilities is responsible for any mess left or damage that was done during the use of the facilities. If there is clean-up to do or damage which needs to be repaired, you will forfeit your deposit and possibly be billed for costs over the amount of the deposit. Costs for Clean-up or damage repair is $25 per hour. If any clean-up or repair requires work to be done by a third party a copy of the bill will be sent to you for reimbursement.
Garbage and Recycling a) Garbage removal and recycling will be the sole responsibility of each managing partner, including direct cost and labor. All managing partners will have access to the compactor, cardboard xxxxxx, and dumpsters at the facility loading dock, and will be operated by a trained representative. The managing partners shall develop a unified policy for garbage removal and recycling and work with other appropriate university departments to accomplish this program.
Garbage and Recycling a. Guests and their Visitors are to dispose of Garbage and Recycling in accordance with the usual practice at Lefkolla Villa (as set out below) in the allocated trash cans, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas; and

Lessee shall keep the Premises free and clear of rubbish, debris, and litter at all times and will keep the Premises in good condition consistent with good business practices and in a manner to preserve and protect the general appearance and value of the other neighboring properties in the immediate area.

FC Products shall pay its Subsidized Proportionate Share of the cost of all garbage and recycling services incurred by FCC during the Subsidized Period, and shall pay its Proportionate Share of such costs after the Subsidized Period. FCC shall deliver copies of all garbage and recycling service invoices to FC Products, and FC Products shall remit payment for its Proportionate Share of the same within twenty (20) days after its receipt of such invoice. FCC shall have the right to all income resulting from recycling that occurs from the printing operations located on the Sub-subleased Premises and FC Products shall have the right to all income resulting from recycling that occurs from the warehouse operations located on the Sub-subleased Premises. The parties shall use their best efforts to fairly determine the apportionment of the recycling income in accordance with the foregoing, and shall further make arrangements for timely payments to each other in the event that one party is collecting recycling income that belongs to the other.
