Garbage Disposal(s)‌ Clause Samples

The "Garbage Disposals" clause sets out the rules and responsibilities regarding the installation, maintenance, and use of garbage disposal units within a property. Typically, this clause specifies whether tenants are permitted to install or use garbage disposals, who is responsible for repairs or replacement, and any restrictions on their use to prevent plumbing issues. By clearly outlining these terms, the clause helps prevent disputes over damage or misuse and ensures that both parties understand their obligations, thereby protecting the property’s plumbing system and minimizing maintenance problems.
