Garbage/Recycling. Each floor of ONRamp and the Banting Institute’s hallways are equipped with numerous landfill garbage and recycling bins. Please care for the environment by disposing of your recycling and waste in the appropriate bins. Garbage/Recycling. All garbage and trash must be placed inside furnished garbage dumpsters and lids of containers must be firmly closed after each use. The containers are only for normal household trash. Recycling bins are also available at or near the dumpster locations. Furniture discards, bulky packing materials, and containers and other non-routine debris must be separately and properly disposed of by the Undersigned.

Garbage/Recycling. The garbage is for the trash only. Please use the assorted recycling bins that are available next to the trash bins. Do not place trash in recycling bins. Reduce, Re-‐use and Recycle. Bicycles should be parked only in designated parking areas if your property has one. Please lock your bikes, as bicycle theft happens quickly and goes relatively unnoticed. St. Xxxxxxx xx Xxxx is not responsible for personal property lost or stolen from the complex.
Garbage/Recycling. Tenant’s shall not allow garbage, newspapers, or other refuse to remain in the apartment, to litter the halls, or the outside of the building. All garbage must be wrapped, tied, and deposited in the receptacle provided in the parking lot or garage. Tenant is required to follow all local and state ordinances pertaining to recycling. PLUMBING: Garbage disposal: Cold water must be running into the garbage disposal when in operation. The Tenant is responsible for any damage incurred from improper use. Do not put vegetable peels, bones, glass, utensils, aquarium stone, rice, or cat litter down the disposal. Toilets: Human waste and toilet paper are the only items that are allowed for disposal in the toilet. GUESTS/VISITORS: Tenant shall be responsible for guests/visitors at all times. Guests/visitors are not allowed to loiter or play in the halls, stairways, lawns, or other areas used by the public and other tenants. Anyone who stays longer than 14 days in a 12-month period, will be considered a tenant and in violation of the lease provisions regarding household composition. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO BAN FROM THE PROPERTY ANY GUEST OR FAMILY MEMBER WHO HAS BROKEN ANY OF THE LEASE PROVISIONS OR THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS. Tenants who permit persons banned from the building to be on the property are permitting trespassing. Permitting trespassing will be deemed “other good cause” under the terms of the lease and may be used as the basis for terminating the Lease Agreement.
Garbage/Recycling. The Concessionaire shall contract with and make payment directly to the service provider for adequate waste management. At each of the Concessionaire’s point of sale locations, the Concessionaire shall provide, for use by Park visitors, garbage cans for non-recyclable items and recycle bins for plastics, paper, aluminum, and glass, at a minimum. Location of dumpsters, garbage cans, and recycle bins and frequency of pick-ups shall be pre- approved, in writing, by the Department or its designee.
Garbage/Recycling. This residence has regular garbage pickup on Wednesdays. A limit of 2 bags is accepted and should be put at the end of the driveway in the early morning for pickup. A garbage container and garbage bags are provided, however there is a one bag per three day rental limit. For garbage exceeding this limit a $10 per bag fee will be assessed. A blue box is provided for recycling and there is no limit, providing that the contents are rinsed and tidy.

Follow signs into landfill) SUMMER HOURS: MAY 1 – OCTOBER 31 Tuesday: 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Statutory Holiday Monday: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. All garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage and recycling bins/bags. Never leave garbage outside. All garbage and recycling must be taken with you at the end of your stay. If left behind at the cottage a $50 fee will be deducted from the Security Deposit. Additional sorting fees may apply if garbage/recycling are not sorted. We have a total of 4 rental accommodations on the property, 1 main cottage, 2 cabins and 1 bunkie. As well, the possibility of occupied tent sites located farther down the waterfront. Our property is shared by all guests, yet still private per individual space. Please be mindful of other renters and respect their designated rental space. Our property offers 1300ft of waterfront and 12.5 acres, so there is plenty of room for everyone to safely and comfortably enjoy. We as the Owners, work hard to properly maintain the rental property. Please notify us immediately if any maintenance problem should occur, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. We do not include bed sheets, pillow cases, comforters/blankets or towels. Limited supply of other basics include: Toilet paper, Shampoo and Conditioner, Salt & Pepper, cooking oil, Dish soap, Hand soap, Kitchen cloths, couple of garbage/recycling bags, mop, broom/dust pan and cleaning supplies
Garbage/Recycling. 1. Residents are required to break down all cardboard boxes and put in proper recycling containers.
2. Residents are required to separate recycled materials including glass, plastic and aluminum and place in proper Storage containers.
3. Upon MOVE OUT, tenants are required to dispose of any house hold items, trash, garbage at their own cost And will be charged a hauling fee if items takes up the garbage or recycled containers.
Garbage/Recycling. All garbage and recycling is to be properly separated, broken down, and placed inside the designated containers provided by LESSOR. LESSEE may not leave any garbage or recycling anywhere except inside the designated containers. Garbage and recycling shall not be left in the hallways, any common areas, on the balcony, porch, or patio, on the landscaping or yard, in the parking lot or underground parking, or next to the containers on the ground of the dumpster corral or surrounding areas. LESSEE shall use the provided containers only for the disposal of common household waste and shall not use the provided dumpsters for the disposal of large items, including but not limited to, beds, couches, tables, TV’s, or other furniture. XXXXXX agrees to condense and/or break down the size of all garbage and/or recyclable materials before placing them in the designated containers. XXXXXX is responsible for properly disposing of all garbage and/or recyclable materials in the appropriate containers in accordance with state law and municipal ordinances. For each instance of improper disposal of garbage and/or recycling, LESSEE will be responsible for paying a one hundred dollar ($100) fee or LESSOR’s actual costs to remove the improperly disposed of items. Loitering, destruction or going into the dumpster bins is prohibited in the dumper corral. Any costs, fees, or other amounts stated or referenced, whether specifically or generally, in this Nonstandard Rental Provisions Agreement may be deducted from LESSEE’s security deposit.
