Assessment procedure. In 2006, the Examining Boards and Board of the Education Institute decided that all WU Chair Groups have to use the standard assessment form for theses and appoint two examiners. The Chair Group can adjust the weight (percentages) of the assessment criteria on the Excel-form. The student should be informed about this weighting (item 9 of this agreement).
Assessment procedure. Student assessments shall be administered by the Department Head or her/his designee. Individual Faculty Members may assist and cooperate in the administration of the student assessment but a Faculty Member shall not be required to do so involuntarily. In no case may the Faculty Member, when assisting in the administration of the student assessment, administer the instrument in her/his own class. The Faculty Member will leave the classroom when the instrument is administered to her/his class.
Assessment procedure. During the examination the examiner (or his/her WU representative) and at least one other WU supervisor/evaluator must be present. Within the Food Science cluster, all chair groups are using the same weight (percentages) of the assessment criteria and the same criteria within an assessment cluster on the Excel-form. The student should be informed about this weighting (item 9 of this agreement).
Assessment procedure. Each year, in accordance with the criteria it establishes, the academic committee of the doctoral programme will assess each candidate’s progress on his or her doctoral thesis research plan, as well as the candidate’s activity report and reports issued by the thesis supervisor, the co-supervisor and academic tutor, if applicable. At least one of these annual assessments will include a public presentation and defence of the research plan and work done before a committee composed of three PhD holders, which will be conducted in the manner determined by each academic committee. The reading and public defence take place on the University's or the collaborating entity's premises and may not be carried out by videoconference. Assessment results will be communicated to the doctoral candidate within one month. Assessments will be carried out by the academic committee in accordance with the academic calendar for doctoral studies.
Assessment procedure. A candidate for a doctorate degree must pass a series of assessments in the order of the proposal of research concept and plan (hereinafter referred to as the “Proposal Review”), preliminary evaluation (hereinafter referred to as the “Interim Review”), and Thesis Review and Final Oral Examination (hereinafter referred to as the “Final Review”), as required by the Graduate School.
Assessment procedure. 7.3.1.1. Step 1: Eligibility check will be done to determine if the Entry complies with the submission requirements and is technically and visually completed.
7.3.1.2. Step 2: Judges will review the video and the report.
7.3.1.3. Step 3: Judges will assess the report and score it based on some or all of criteria below.
Assessment procedure. By August 1 of each year, prior to the adoption of an annual budget for the following year, the Board shall determine the amount of contribution by each participating county according to the assessment formula in Section 3 herein. The budget shall account for all revenue and expenses of each function of the Board under this Agreement. The contribution of each county shall be a credit for the county making the contribution. If, in any year, the amount of any contribution exceeds that estimated as each county’s share toward the total annual cost, the excess shall be allocated in such manner as to reduce each county’s contribution in accordance with the assessment formula herein. If, after the adoption of an annual budget, it appears that a deficit is imminent in that the amount of any share is incorrect or insufficient, the Board may, at a regular or special meeting, adjust the budget to the extent required for the exercise of its powers and the accomplishment of its purposes. Such additional contributions shall be assessed as provided in Section 3 herein. Hennepin County will be assessed based on its entire population as provided in Section 3 herein; therefore, the City of Minneapolis shall not be assessed for Board functions except for administrative costs related to regional radio board functions as provided in Section 8 herein.
Assessment procedure. 1 The annual performance assessments shall be conducted by the Municipal Manager / Mayor and Evaluation Panel in accordance with the municipality’s Performance Management System , PMS Policy, Local Government Municipal Performance Regulations for the Municipal Managers and Managers Directly Accountable to the Municipal Managers, 2006 and in consultation with the Employee. 2 It is recorded that the employee is required to cooperate and work as a team in the performance of his/her functions.
Assessment procedure. 21.2.1 By August 1st of each year, Haulers must submit all unpaid RDU balances greater than one hundred dollars ($100) to the City, along with documentation of the Hauler’s efforts to collect. City staff will verify the accuracy of the unpaid balance and send the unpaid balances list to the City Finance Department for processing. If any RDU makes payment on a delinquent account after August 1 and before the City sends assessment letters in September, the Hauler will notify the City of the amounts paid.
21.2.2 The Finance Department will prepare an assessment roll for the delinquent amounts and will schedule a public hearing with the City Council in October of each year for adoption of the assessment roll.
21.2.3 If, prior to the public hearing, any Hauler receives payment on any delinquent RDU account, the Hauler will notify the City of the amounts paid.
Assessment procedure. Annual assessments and special assessments shall be made and collected as provided in Article Six of the Condominium Declaration, and the provisions of Article Six are incorporated herein by reference.
