General Administrative Fee. The Authority will pay Operator an administrative fee to cover certain salaries, wages, fringe benefits and payroll taxes of all personnel directly associated with the Busing Services and Bus Maintenance Services that are not in Exhibit B. This monthly fee is a percentage of labor rates for the following: shuttle bus drivers, supervisors, customer service/baggage handlers, maintenance staff, fuelers and cleaners.
General Administrative Fee. $ N/A per hour. The fee represents recovery of costs incurred by the Company, and not recovered through base rates or any other fees or charges, in the course of rendering necessary support and assistance to the Government Aggregator
General Administrative Fee. Without duplication for purposes of determining Contractor's Actual Cost, the cost of Contractor's home office overhead and support services and other general and administrative expenses for any given month of the Term shall be payable in accordance with the schedule set forth in Schedule III, subject to Section 6.5(b) (the "G&A Fee"). The G&A Fee shall cover the costs and expenses for all central procurement activities; other insurance costs (including country insurance); health, safety, environmental support and legal experts; information technology experts and equipment; software and software licensing; all other technical expertise not available at the Site; any other cost or expense not specified in Sections 4.2(a)(i) through (iv); and any other cost or expense not expressly designated as for Owner's account.
General Administrative Fee. Any Nonparticipating Provider Claims Processing Fees: $0 per claim for out-of-network claims. (Access Fees, Toll-free Number Fees and PPO Provider Directory Fees do not apply when members access nonparticipating providers).
