General Course Requirements. A. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES Through your research in the lab, you will be given the opportunity to fully engage in the scientific process. I am committed to helping you succeed in this endeavor, but in order for you to succeed, you need to commit to the following: 1. Time commitment: 12 hours per week (minimum). General Course Requirements. Students enrolled in Concurrent Enrollment Courses shall be admitted to College for college level credit under the College’s current procedures for admission of students to College, and in compliance with A.R.S. § 15-1805.01. For students under the age of 18, the College’s admission policies shall comply, at a minimum, with the provisions of A.R.S. § 15-1805.01. In addition, the College may admit such students if they satisfy an alternative standard established by College.   • Procedural and Operational Requirements By accepting and using the Financial Assistance awarded under this Agreement and for this Program Element, LPHA agrees to conduct the following activities in accordance with the indicated procedural and operational requirements: a. LPHA must operate its Communicable Disease program in accordance with the Requirements and Standards for the Control of Communicable Disease set forth in ORS Chapters 431, 432, 433 and 437 and OAR Chapter 333, Divisions 12, 17, 18, 19 and 24, as such statutes and rules may be amended from time to time. b. LPHA must use all reasonable means to investigate in a timely manner all reports of Reportable Diseases, infections, or conditions. To identify possible sources of infection and to carry out appropriate control measures, the LPHA Administrator shall investigate each report following procedures outlined in OHA’s Investigative Guidelines or other procedures approved by OHA. OHA may provide assistance in these investigations, in accordance with OAR 333-019-0000. LPHA must establish and maintain a single telephone number whereby physicians, hospitals, other health care providers, OHA and the public can report Communicable Diseases and Outbreaks to LPHA 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. LPHA may employ an answering service or 911 system, but the ten-digit number must be available to callers from outside the local emergency dispatch area, and LPHA must respond to and investigate reported Communicable Diseases and Outbreaks. e. LPHA must attend Communicable Disease 101 and Communicable Disease 303 training. f. LPHA must attend monthly Orpheus user group meetings or monthly Orpheus training webinars.

  • Time Requirements The Independent Contractor will not be required to follow or establish a regular or daily work schedule, but shall devote during the term of this Agreement the time, energy and skill as necessary to perform the services of this engagement and shall, periodically or at any time upon the request of the Company, submit information as to the amount of time worked and scope of work performed.

  • Overtime requirements No contractor or subcontractor contracting for any part of the contract work which may require or involve the employment of laborers or mechanics shall require or permit any such laborer or mechanic in any workweek in which he or she is employed on such work to work in excess of forty hours in such workweek unless such laborer or mechanic receives compensation at a rate not less than one and one-half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in such workweek.

  • Personnel Requirements a. The CONTRACTOR shall secure, at the CONTRACTOR'S own expense, all personnel required to perform this Contract. b. The CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the CONTRACTOR'S employees or agents are experienced and fully qualified to engage in the activities and perform the services required under this Contract, and that all applicable licensing and operating requirements imposed or required under federal, state, or county law, and all applicable accreditation and other standards of quality generally accepted in the field of the activities of such employees and agents are complied with and satisfied.

  • Compliance with Xxxxx-Xxxxx and Related Act requirements All rulings and interpretations of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx and Related Acts contained in 29 CFR parts 1, 3, and 5 are herein incorporated by reference in this contract.

  • DBE Requirements A. Notice is hereby given to the CONSULTANT and any SUB-CONSULTANT, and both agree, that failure to carry out the requirements set forth in 49 CFR Sec. 26.13(b) shall constitute a breach of this Contract and, after notification and failure to promptly cure such breach, may result in termination of this Contract or such remedy as INDOT deems appropriate. The referenced section requires the following assurance to be included in all subsequent contracts between the CONSULTANT and any SUB-CONSULTANT: The CONSULTANT, sub recipient or SUB-CONSULTANT shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the performance of this Contract. The CONSULTANT shall carry out applicable requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 in the award and administration of DOT-assisted contracts. Failure by the CONSULTANT to carry out these requirements is a material breach of this Contract, which may result in the termination of this Contract or such other remedy, as INDOT, as the recipient, deems appropriate. B. The CONSULTANT shall make good faith efforts to achieve the DBE percentage goal that may be included as part of this Contract with the approved DBE SUB-CONSULTANTS identified on its Affirmative Action Certification submitted with its Letter of Interest, or with approved amendments. Any changes to a DBE firm listed in the Affirmative Action Certification must be requested in writing and receive prior approval by the LPA and INDOT’s Economic Opportunity Division Director. After this Contract is completed and if a DBE SUB- CONSULTANT has performed services thereon, the CONSULTANT must complete, and return, a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Utilization Affidavit (“DBE-3 Form”) to INDOT’s Economic Opportunity Division Director. The DBE-3 Form requires certification by the CONSULTANT AND DBE SUB-CONSULTANT that the committed contract amounts have been paid and received.

  • LABOR CODE REQUIREMENTS The Contractor shall comply with all applicable provisions of the California Labor Code, Division 3, Part 7, Chapter 1, Articles 1 – 5, including, without limitation, the payment of the general prevailing per diem wage rates for public work projects of more than one thousand dollars ($1,000). Copies of the prevailing rate of per diem wages are on file with the District or available online at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/. In addition, the Contractor and each subcontractor shall comply with Chapter 1 of Division 2, Part 7 of the California Labor Code, beginning with Section 1720, and including Section 1735, 1777.5 and 1777.6, forbidding discrimination, and Sections 1776, 1777.5 and 1777.6 concerning the employment of apprentices by Contractor or subcontractors. Willful failure to comply may result in penalties, including loss of the right to bid on or receive public works contracts.

  • License Requirements The Hotel’s alcoholic beverage license requires that the Hotel shall: (i) request proper identification (photo ID) of any person of questionable age and refuse alcoholic beverage service if the person is either under age or proper identification cannot be produced, and (ii) refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who, in the Hotel’s judgment, appears to be intoxicated; and (iii) instruct its personnel to avoid encouraging patrons to consume alcoholic beverages (commonly referred to as “over-pouring”).

  • Staffing Requirements Licensee will be in full compliance with the main studio staff requirements as specified by the FCC.
