Master Planning Facility Assessment – Physical Condition Facility Assessment – Program Other Professional Services Master Planning. Architect shall prepare a Master Plan of the facility, facilities or area identified in Section 2 and/or Section 3 of this Task Order. The Master Plan shall assist the District in determining the best use of the facility, facilities or area relative to physical condition and educational program (provided by District). As directed by District: Architect shall plan and develop facilities and programs for a short and long term look into the future use of facilities which shall include phased approaches to enable the District to apply resources as they become available. Architect shall incorporate district standard educational programs and condition information. Architect shall propose related improvements and/or modifications to adequately support desired programs and physical condition upgrades, refurbishing, or component replacements. Architect shall plan for the possibility to construct new school capacity, infrastructure upgrades, expand or define educational programs, and to develop a master plan to remain in operation during any future construction phases. Architect shall provide graphic plans and images showing enough detail and information sufficient to provide clear direction to potentially proceed with a future design phase as identified in requirements for deliverables. Architect shall provide estimated construction costs and proposed construction timelines. Attend design committee meetings, public presentations, and meetings with municipal authorities, as identified by District.
General Description of Project. 1. The Project includes all aspects required to complete the Project and fulfill the requirements of this Agreement, including the planning, development, design, engineering, procurement, demolition, and/or construction of the Existing NESC and related improvements, including but not limited to all architectural, engineering, geotechnical, environmental, construction, commissioning and other Services, all as more fully described in the DCP and Article III below. The Design- Build Firm acknowledges and understands the Owner s’ requirement that certain facilities in the Project be designed and constructed equivalent to the standards of the current version of LEED New Construction and Major Renovations, as described in the DCP and the Scope of Design-Build Firm s’ LEED Services and Work (Exhibit 9). Design-Build Firm s’ failure to achieve an equivalent to such certification shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement. The foregoing notwithstanding, Design-Build Firm shall assist and, if requested prior to submission of the Construction Documents for Owner s’ Approval, shall cause the DPOR to assist, the Owner to evaluate the feasibility of achieving the equivalent of a higher level of LEED certification for the Operations Center. Services to re- design to such higher level of certification shall be subject to the provisions for the Approval thereof as additional services.

City is the recipient of a State of California Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Grant pursuant to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act o f2014 (“WIOA”) to serve WIOA- eligible clients within the San Xxxx Silicon Valley Workforce Development Area (“Local Area”).

Consultant will serve as the project manager for the project to implement (1) the upgrade of the existing Oracle/ PeopleSoft HCM from version 8, 9 to 9.2; (2) Oracle Taleo Talent Acquisition Manager; and (3) Oracle Hyperion budget application. General Description of Project. The City is seeking to restore “The Weavers’ Gifts”, the Muwekma Ohlone tribute (“Artwork”) located at Confluence Point, adjacent to Arena Green, W. Santa Xxxxx Street, in San José, CA (“Site”). The Weavers' Gifts commemorates and celebrates the indigenous Costanoan-Ohlone Peoples, especially the Tamien Ohlone Indians who inhabited the land along the Xxxxxxxxx River where the sculpture is located. The sculpture is composed of four elements: • Names of the 54 Ohlone tribal groups who inhabited California into the late eighteenth century, inscribed on pre-existing granite seat walls • Carved-limestone basket representing a functional and creative part of the Ohlone culture (“Basket Element”) • Carved granite mortar, broken to represent broken tradition; and • Coiled basket inlaid into the paving with inscribed text that speaks to the history and future of the Ohlone people. In 2020, vandals broke the Basket element beyond repair. As the other elements remain intact, the City seeks to restore the Basket Element to return the sculpture to its original integrity. City shall retain the services of the Consultant, the quarry that collaborated with the original artist Xxxx Xxxxxxx (“Artist”) who created the Artwork in 2001.
