As at the date of this announcement, CNNC Environmental Protection is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNNC. China Nuclear Energy China Nuclear Energy was founded in January 1982, and is principally engaged in the manufacture of nuclear fuel products (uranium purification and conversion, uranium enrichment, components and specialized equipment), engineering and construction, research and development of key technologies, as well as import and export trade in uranium products, nuclear fuel cycle equipment, and nuclear power technology and equipment. As at the date of this announcement, China Nuclear Energy is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNNC. Air China Cargo is a limited liability company established under the laws of the PRC and is principally engaged in air cargo and mail transportation business. CNAHC directly holds 40.53% of the Company’s shares and holds 9.61% of the Company’s shares through its wholly-owned subsidiary CNACG, and is the controlling shareholder of the Company as at the date of this announcement. As at the date of this announcement, the State- owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council is a controlling shareholder and de facto controller of CNAHC. Kunming Dianchi Investment Kunming Dianchi Investment is a state-owned enterprise established on 13 October 2004 and wholly owned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Kunming People’s Government ( 昆明市人民政府國有資產監督管理委員會). As at the date of this announcement, Kunming Dianchi Investment holds 64.16% of the issued share capital of the Company. It engages in investment, construction, operation and management of projects confirmed by the Kunming Municipal People’s Government in Yunnan Province of the PRC; investment and construction of wastewater treatment plants and investment, operation and management of assets in relation to infrastructure, technology and other industries.

It is primarily engaged in investment in the development of the Tangshan LNG Project (in three phases), the Hebei Suntien Tangshan LNG Terminal Outbound Pipelines Project (Caofeidian-Baodi section) and the Hebei Suntien Tangshan LNG Terminal Outbound Pipelines Project (Baodi-Yongqing section).
