Governing Article. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this Article and any other Article contained in this Agreement, the terms, conditions, and provisions of this Article shall govern and control. The parties have reached agreement in the reopener negotiations over Article 7, Union Rights, Article 26, Grievances, and Article 33, Agreement Precedence of this Collective Bargaining Agreement.
