Governing Board Compensation. No member of the School’s governing board shall receive compensation, directly or indirectly, from the School’s operations, including but not limited to grant funds. Governing Board Compensation. All officers, members and ex-officio members of the Governing Board shall serve without compensation.

Reimbursement shall be permitted based on reasonable expenses incurred by the Governing Board on behalf of their duties as a member of the School’s Governing Board substantiated with receipts or similar documentation. Violation of this provision shall constitute a material breach of the Charter and good cause for termination. 11) School/Parent Contract The School agrees to submit any Parent Contracts to the Sponsor for approval. Any amendments to the Parental Contract shall be submitted in advance to the Sponsor for approval and prior to publication. The School shall not use the Parent Contract to discriminate, involuntarily withdraw, or create a financial burden or any other barrier to enrollment. 12)

  • Executive Compensation Until such time as the Investor ceases to own any debt or equity securities of the Company acquired pursuant to this Agreement or the Warrant, the Company shall take all necessary action to ensure that its Benefit Plans with respect to its Senior Executive Officers comply in all respects with Section 111(b) of the EESA as implemented by any guidance or regulation thereunder that has been issued and is in effect as of the Closing Date, and shall not adopt any new Benefit Plan with respect to its Senior Executive Officers that does not comply therewith. “Senior Executive Officers” means the Company's "senior executive officers" as defined in subsection 111(b)(3) of the EESA and regulations issued thereunder, including the rules set forth in 31 C.F.R.   • Callout Compensation A regular employee who is called back to work outside their regular working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of three hours at overtime rates.   • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.
