The documents may include items such as local procedures for disposal of C&D materials, site limitations for working hours, travel routes, a list of Government retained property and wage rate determinations.

GOVERNMENT FURNISHED INFORMATION. TECHNICAL DATA (GFI-TD) GFI-TD referenced but not enclosed with this RFP are available via CD upon request. Offerors shall submit their request to the KO and provide their company name, point of contact, address, and phone number, and shall indicate if data will be forwarded to subcontractors.

GOVERNMENT FURNISHED INFORMATION. PROPERTY, MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT All Government Furnished Information/Property/Equipment/Material (GFI/P/E/M) shall be specific to each individual TO. All GFI/P/E/M is the property of the U.S. Government and shall not be transferred to any individual or agency, public or private, without the express written approval of the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall manage and control GFI/P/E/M identified in accordance with this contract. The Contractor shall account for and manage all assets and materials utilized in executing this contract. Classified material management is required utilizing the BITS classified inventory system. All GFI/P/E/M shall be specific to each individual TO.. Government furnished TDPs of existing simulation and training system configurations will be provided to the Contractor. This documentation shall include as-built documentation of physical system architecture to include hardware and networking interfaces, dependencies and configurations. This documentation shall also include all software subsystem architecture, functionality, internal and external interfaces. The contractor shall provide a GFP baseline report (CDRL A007) within 30 days of contract award.

GOVERNMENT FURNISHED INFORMATION. 23.1 An amount of Government Furnished Information (GFI) (in documentary or magnetic media format) may need to be made available to the Contractor to assist it in performing the Work. The scope and scale of each issue shall be determined with the Project Manager prior to every such issue during the period of the FATS Tasking Order and will be issued on appropriate loan terms, in accordance with DEFCON 611.
GOVERNMENT FURNISHED INFORMATION. The Government's rights with respect to technical data or computer software contained in the Contractor's bid or proposal that were provided to the Contractor by the Government are subject only to restrictions on use, modification, reproduction, release, performance, display, or disclosure, if any, imposed by the developer or licensor of such data or software.

Details of the Government Furnished Information are set out in Schedule 9 (Government Furnished Equipment and Government Furnished Information). 27.3. Subject to Clauses 27.1 and 27.4 the Contractor shall not in any way be relieved from any obligation under the Contract nor shall it be entitled to claim against the Authority on grounds that the Government Furnished Information is insufficient, and shall make its own enquiries as to the adequacy of that information. 27.4. In the event the Contractor discovers that the Government Furnished Information supplied by the Authority is inaccurate, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Authority of such inaccuracy and any impact on the Contract including any requirement for a change in the Contract under Clause 53 (Formal Amendments to Contract) or extension of time in accordance with Clause 58 (Permissible Delays). 27.5. Nothing in this Clause 27 shall exclude any liability which the Authority or any of its agents or employees would otherwise have to the Contractor in respect of any statements made fraudulently or fraudulent omissions to make statements prior to the date of the Contract.
