GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL. A Hospital operated by a government or any of its subdivisions or agencies, including, but not limited to, a Federal, military, state, county or city Hospital. GOVERNMENTAL PLAN. Health Benefits Plans shall not include the following benefits if they are provided under a separate policy, certificate or contract of insurance or are otherwise not an integral part of the plan: limited scope dental or vision benefits; benefits for long term care, nursing home care, home health care, community based care, or any combination thereof; and such other similar, limited benefits as are specified in federal regulations. GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL. We will not provide benefits for services you receive in any hospital or other facility or institution which is owned, operated or maintained by the Veteran’s Administration, the federal government, or any state or local government, or the United States Armed Forces. However, we will provide benefits for otherwise covered services in such hospital, facility or institution if the conditions of coverage described in Section Seven are satisfied or for otherwise covered services provided for non-military service related conditions.
