GOVERNMENT OBSERVATIONS. Federal, State, COUNTY and/or research personnel, in addition to departmental contracting staff, may observe performance, activities, or review documents required under this Contract at any time during normal working hours. However, these personnel may not unreasonably interfere with CONTRACTOR performance.

Identify each Case file that has a silver-xxxx barcode sticker and compare the correct case number to case number listed in the database and make corrections if needed in accordance with SOW section 8.2.5 Ensure all Case Files have a readable barcode in accordance with SOW section 8.2.6. If any notices of CONTRACTOR’s non-compliance with the SOW are submitted to CONTRACTOR, CONTRACTOR shall submit to the COUNTY within twenty-four (24) hours from receipt of such written notice, a written Corrective Action Plan, which shall contain an explanation of the problem and a plan for immediate correction of the problem, subject to COUNTY approval. The COUNTY may impose a single deduction from CONTRACTOR’s invoice in the amount of the actual cost of damages or $250, whichever is greatest, when the following occurs: 1) Three (3) or more written notices of CONTRACTOR’s non- compliance with the Contract are substantiated during the term of the Contract; and/or 2) The written Corrective Action Plan submitted by CONTRACTOR for each such notice does not meet with the COUNTY’s approval; and/or 3) CONTRACTOR does not pr...
