Granting of FMLA Leave. A leave of absence of up to twelve (12) weeks during any twelve (12) month period shall be granted to any Employee in accordance with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for the following purposes: a. The birth or placement for adoption or xxxxxx care of a child within one (1) year of the child’s placement or birth; b. Because of a serious health condition of a Employee’s spouse, child or parent; or c. Because of the Employee’s own serious health condition.
