Green Building. All fees, costs, charges and expenses for the renewal and/or continuance of the certification of the said Building as an Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Certified Green Building and for maintenance management upkeep of the machinery and equipments installed at the said Building as per the IGBC Norms and/or the relevant authorities.
Green Building. The Project shall achieve Silver LEED certification or equivalent. Costs for the proposed green building features, including photovoltaic panels, are incorporated into the Project Budget (Attachment No. 7).
Green Building. The Developer shall locate the Project Management Office in existing, currently unused office space. The Developer may propose (or commit to obtaining) a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building certification for the Project Management Office. If the Developer makes this commitment, certification will be required per the third party independent certification procedures defined by the U.S. Green Building Council (refer to xxx.xxxxx.xxx). The Sustainability Plan shall identify energy efficiency improvements to the office space and commitments (if made) for obtaining LEED certification for the office space.
Green Building. If a Green Building Policy is applicable to the scope of work under this Agreement, Metro will adhere to the City’s Green Building Policy. It is understood by the Parties that the Green Building Policy does not apply to the Project scope as anticipated by the Parties. However, if the scope of the Project changes, the parties will reanalyze the applicability of the Green Building Policy.
Green Building. The Plaza Project design and construction shall comply with City Council Policy 900-14, “SUSTAINABLE BUILDING POLICY.” Any building over 5,000 square feet included in the Plaza Project shall be designed and constructed to achieve fifteen percent (15%) less total building energy consumption than the minimally code compliant building as modeled following the Title 24 requirements. An average pay-back period of less than ten (10) years shall be used as a guide for the aggregate of all energy efficiency measures. Developer shall submit and obtain LEED Silver Rating Certification from the United States Green Building Council for any building over 5,000 square feet included in the Plaza Project. Notwithstanding any of the above, Developer shall not be required to exceed any of the green building or energy conservation standards contained within the Permit.
Green Building. 14.1 SHA shall ensure that, prior to issuance of a building permit, all new development in the MPC- YT zone includes sufficient features and elements to qualify for green building certification, as follows. Any development project that does not include Replacement Housing, 30% of AMI Housing, or 60% of AMI Housing must meet one of the following standards: LEED Gold or higher rating, according to a U.S. Green Building Council ratings system applicable to each type of development involved, as most recently published and amended as of the date when the first permit application for the project is submitted to DPD; or A 4-Star or higher rating either for Built Green Multi-Family Version 2009 or Built Green Single-Family/Townhome New Construction Version 2007, as applicable, according to the criteria in those rating systems of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties Rating Systems, or any applicable later version of either of those systems approved in writing by the DPD Director as providing for at least equivalent sustainability. Any development project that does include Replacement Housing, 30% of AMI Housing, or 60% of AMI Housing may meet LEED Gold or Built Green 4-Star, as described above, or either of the following standards: Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard (“ESDS”) published by the Washington State Department of Commerce, v. 2.0, or any later or modified ESDS version approved in writing by the DPD Director as providing for at least equivalent sustainability. 2011 Enterprise Green Communities Criteria, published by Enterprise Community Partners, Inc., or any later or modified version approved in writing by the DPD Director as providing for at least equivalent sustainability.
14.2 SHA shall identify in annual reports to DPD which standard is to be satisfied for purposes of this Article 14 by each development project in the MPC-YT Zone, and shall deliver, no later than one year after the certificate of occupancy is issued, independent verification that the terms of the applicable standard were satisfied by the project.
14.3 In all sales and other transfers of land in the MPC-YT zone, SHA shall obtain from the purchaser or other transferee a binding agreement that all development on the property sold shall satisfy the terms of this Article 14.
Green Building. NWS Xxxxx is committed to incorporating the principles of the United States Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) building rating system in new building construction projects. New building construction projects exceeding $750,000 and renovation projects that exceed 50% building replacement value will be designed to meet LEED silver requirements (or equivalent) unless justifiable conditions exist that limit the pursuit of LEED credits.
Green Building. “Green” building code/1 Star elements will be provided as set forth on the attached Exhibit J.
Green Building. The Owner agrees that, as indicated in the Approved PAD Plans, the Project shall be certified as a LEED-ND (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Neighborhood Development) project or equivalent nationally recognized green building certification program. If at the time the first Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is issued for the project, “Stage 3 – Certified Neighborhood Development” LEED certification has not been achieved, then the Owner shall post a performance bond in a form acceptable to the City of Coral Gables and approved by the Building Official. The performance bond shall be determined based on the value of land per square foot of building in the area of the City in which the proposed project is located, which may be adjusted from time to time based on market conditions. The methodology for determining the value of land per square foot of building shall be maintained by the Department of Economic and Cultural Development. The City will draw down on the bond funds if “Stage 3 – Certified Neighborhood Development” LEED certification has not been achieved and accepted by the City within one year of the City issuance of the first Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the building. Funds that become available to the City from the forfeiture of the performance bond shall be placed in the Historic Public Art Fund as defined in Section 3-2106 of the Zoning Code.
Green Building. Developer shall construct the Project in accordance with the Green Building Act of 2006, D.
