Grievance Contents. All grievances shall be filed in writing on a form provided by the Union and shall contain the following information: 1. Date and time grievance occurred. 2. Description of incident giving rise to the grievance. 3. Articles and sections of the agreement involved. 4. Relief requested. 5. Signature of the employee.
