Grievance Contents. A grievance must include: a. A summary of the problem; b. A brief statement of the facts involved; c. The provisions of this Agreement that the grievant alleges were violated, or, in a non- contractual grievance, the policy or consistent practices alleged to have been violated; d. The remedy or solution sought.
