Common use of Grievance Contents Clause in Contracts

Grievance Contents. All grievances shall include the name and position of the grievant; the identity of the provisions of this Agreement involved in the grievance; the time and place where the alleged events or conditions giving rise to grievance took place; the identity of the party responsible for causing the said grievance, if known to the grievant; and a general statement of the nature of the grievance and the redress sought by the grievant.

Grievance Contents. The parties may provide a form on which grievances are to be submitted and appealed.
