Grievances - Formal Steps and Procedures for Filing. All grievances beyond the informal step and subsequent grievance actions must be submitted in writing on the appropriate form provided by the Office of Human Resources and each grievance shall: a) Identify the specific term or provision of the agreement to have been violated; b) Provide a short statement of the pertinent facts supporting the grievance; c) Clearly state the remedy sought to resolve the grievance.
