Group Life and Accidental Death Insurance. The Employer agrees to pay one hundred (I00) percent of the premium costs for acquiring a contract for Group Life and Accidental Death Insurance coverage for each regular full-time employee, with the following benefit levels: Life Insurance Two times salary to a maximum of Insurance Two times salary to a maximum of Retirees Extension of and life insurance coverage will be made to qualified retirees with a minimum years of service and eligibility, consistent with current City policy, available up to age or a maximum of years, whichever occurs first. Pension Plan: Every eligible employee shall join the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System pension plan as a condition of employment in accordance with the plan. Part-time employees shall elect whether to join in accordance with the plan's applicable rules and regulations. Part-Time Employees: For part-time excluding students, who have completed their probationary period there shall be a twelve (12) percent premium paid for each hour lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits paid to a full-time employee in whole or part by the Employer as part of compensation or save and except salary, vacation pay, holiday pay, court attendance, bereavement pay, clothing allowance and call-back guarantee).
Group Life and Accidental Death Insurance. Death benefit shall be the equivalent of one year’s annual salary at the current wage rate. Accidental death benefit shall be the equivalent to two (2) times the annual salary of the current wage rate.

  • Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (a) The Employer will pay 100% of the premiums for the group life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance plans.

  • Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage The Employer agrees to provide and pay for the following term life coverage and accidental death and dismemberment coverage for all supervisors eligible for an Employer Contribution, as described in Section 3. Any premium paid by the State in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) coverage is subject to a tax liability in accord with Internal Revenue Service regulations. A supervisor may decline coverage in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) by filing a waiver in accord with Minnesota Management & Budget procedures.   • Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment The Board shall provide without cost to the employee’s life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance in the amount of $35,000.

  • Group Term Life Insurance The School District will pay the full premium for each $1,000 of coverage for group term life insurance. The amount of life insurance provided will be $20,000, subject to the conditions of the carrier.

  • Group Life Insurance The Hospital shall contribute one hundred percent (100%) toward the monthly premium of HOOGLIP or other equivalent group life insurance plan in effect for eligible full-time employees in the active employ of the Hospital on the eligibility conditions set out in the existing Agreements.

  • Term Life Insurance The Employer will maintain and make available to full-time and part-time employees, the current term life insurance plan as set forth in the document "Summary of Health Benefits, Maryland State Employees."

  • Dependent Life Insurance In the event of the death of your spouse or dependent child from any cause whatsoever, while you and your dependents are insured under the plan, the insurance company will pay you $10,000 in respect of your spouse and $5,000 in respect of each insured dependent child. This applies to those employees with family health coverage only.

  • Life Insurance No portion of your IRA may be invested in life insurance contracts.

  • Retiree Life Insurance Employees who retire under the Monroe County Employees' Retirement System shall be eligible for $4,000.00 term life insurance. All employees hired by the Employer on or after October 1, 2007 shall not be eligible for Retiree Life Insurance.

  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment The Employer agrees to continue to make payroll deductions equivalent to the premiums for the current Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Plan administered by the Union. All monies so deducted shall be remitted to the Union within fifteen (15) days of the end of the month in which the deductions were made along with a list of names of employees from whom the deductions were made.
