Web Design. 8.1. If You instruct us to design and/or develop a website then We will require a 33% deposit. Such fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.
8.2. You will provide Us with all the information We may reasonably require in order to carry out Your instruction.
8.3. We reserve the right to charge You additional fees to the fees set in the event that Your initial instructions and the information You have provided changes.
Web Design. Work Experience (WEX) is a planned, structured learning experience that occurs in a Worksite for twelve (12) weeks. Participation may be extended with prior approval from the Community Investment Division and the SSA Program Managers, or designees, for a period not to exceed a total of sixteen (16) weeks in length including all extensions. Subrecipient will provide WEX services to the participants. Subrecipient shall be reimbursed by the County at the rate of prevailing California Minimum Wage, for each hour worked. Overtime pay will not be permitted without prior approval from SSA. Participants may be paid for County holidays, with prior approval from SSA. At the end of the training period, it is generally expected that the employer will hire the participant as a regular employee.

This service will result in you having a fully designed website for your business with wireframes, design and chances to review before release.

d) Any scripts, cgi applications, php scripts, or software (unless specifically agreed) written by us remain the as our copyright and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with our permission.
e) We cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by you or used by you in the future on their website. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.
f) You agree to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to us all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.
g) We will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.
h) We will not be liable or become involved in any disputes between the site owner and their clients and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of a site owner. e.

Web Design. The agreement contained in this "Web Site Design Agreement" constitutes the sole agreement between The dinnieGroup, its subcontractors, and the client regarding this website. Any additional work not specified in this contract must be authorized by a written change order. All prices specified in this contract will be honored for 3 months after all parties sign this contract.
