Guest Facilities. (a) The Guest must contact management immediately with the 24 hour emergency contact number, in the event of an emergency once Emergency Services have been contacted on 000. (b) Free internet connection is available to all Guests. The connection of the internet during the Booking is not guaranteed and may be disrupted or unavailable without notice. As the property is on satellite internet video streaming is NOT allowed (youtube, Xxxx and Netflix or similar) and any excess data usage that indicates streaming will be on charge to the guest. (c) Under no circumstances are motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks allowed on the Property premises. (d) All sporting and leisure equipment that is available to use or rent at the Property must be securely stored and returned in the same condition. Lost, stolen or damaged goods will incur costs in accordance with the Costs Schedule or those of the third-party supplier. The Guest agrees that it is responsible for the use of and return of any and all equipment from a third-party supplier and WE does not accept liability for these goods, including the cost of repair, replacement or return. (e) It is the responsibility of the Guest to ensure that any third parties engaged to provide services at the Property, including but not limited to caterers, beauticians and massage therapists, are informed of these terms and conditions, and hold appropriate Public Liability insurances. WE accepts no liability for any third-party services, including those which may have been recommended or referred by WE. Should any third parties be allowed onto the property, they are expressly bound to the terms herein without further notice from WE. (f) All personal Property left behind is the sole responsibility of the Guest who must either arrange payment for post or delivery or collect the item from the Property, within seven (7) days. Should items not be collected within this time period, WE may dispose of said items without further consulting You. (g) The Guest acknowledges the Property may be visited by wildlife including, but not limited to rodents, insects, cockroaches, kangaroos, wombats, snakes and spiders, and agrees WE is not responsible for the natural and surrounding habitat. (h) WE does not accept liability or loss caused by failure of equipment and/or services out of our control, including, but not limited to, water, electricity, gas and internet. (b) Free WIFI internet connection is made available for Guests however the Guest acknowledges the internet connection during the duration of the Booking is not guaranteed and may be disrupted, weak or unavailable without notice. (c) Guests are responsible for ensuring that any third parties engaged to provide services at the Property are informed of this Agreement and hold appropriate public liability insurance. HV.Hotel accepts no liability for any third-party services including any which have been recommended or referred by HV.Hotel. (d) The Guest acknowledges that it shall treat the Property with as much care as if it was the Guest’s own residence and that it shall be left in the same condition as when the Guest arrived, including returning all furniture and styling pieces to their original location. (e) All personal property left behind at the Property is the sole responsibility of the Guest who may arrange for XX.Hotel to post or courier the item or collect the item from the Property. Where the Guest opts for HV.Hotel to post or courier the item, an administration Fee may apply as provided under the Schedule of Costs in addition to postage or courier costs. (f) The Guest acknowledges the Property may be visited by birdlife, moths and spiders, and agrees HV.Hotel is not responsible for and has no control over the natural and surrounding habitat. (g) The Guest may use the roof yard fireplace and barbecue during their stay. The fireplace and barbecue must only be operated by persons over the age of eighteen (18) only and is at the Guests’ own risk and HV.Hotel is not responsible for any damage, injury or harm that may occur from their usage.

(i) SC reserves the right to enter the Property at any time, without notice, to protect and/or undertake maintenance of the Property. SC will give notice to the Guest wherever possible.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • Laundry Facilities Washers and dryers are installed in each apartment for the exclusive use of students in the apartment. Any other use is prohibited. The use of washers and dryers are free. LINEN: Brighton provides a mattress cover on all mattresses. Students need to bring their own bedding. All beds are regular twin size. The typical cost for replacing a mattress cover is $25.00. MAINTENANCE: Students are responsible to notify the manager in writing as soon as possible if they notice anything in an apartment that requires repair work or maintenance. See “Property Conditions” section 12 of the BYU-Idaho Student Landlord Housing Contract.

  • Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.

  • New Facilities For all new Generating Facilities to be interconnected pursuant to the Tariff, other than wind- powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities, the Generation Interconnection Customer shall design its Customer Facility to maintain a composite power delivery at continuous rated power output at a power factor of at least 0.95 leading to 0.90 lagging. For all new wind- powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities the Generation Interconnection Customer shall design its Customer Facility with the ability to maintain a composite power delivery at a power factor of at least 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging across the full range of continuous rated power output. For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the high-side of the facility substation transformers. This power factor range standard shall be dynamic and can be met using, for example, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors, or a combination of the two. For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after May 1, 2015, and before November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of more than 20 MW, other than wind- powered and other non-synchronous Generating Facilities, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of 20 MW or less, and all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue prior to May 1, 2015, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the Point of Interconnection. Any different reactive power design criteria that Transmission Provider determines to be appropriate for a wind-powered or other non-synchronous generation facility shall be stated in the Interconnection Service Agreement. A Transmission Interconnection Customer interconnecting Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities and/ or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities shall design its Customer Facility to maintain a power factor at the Point of Interconnection of at least 0.95 leading and 0.95 lagging, when the Customer Facility is operating at any level within its approved operating range.

  • Parking Facilities The parking facilities appurtenant to the Building include asphalt surface parking for visitor parking and a separate parking structure for monthly parking (“Parking Structure”). Tenant shall be entitled to use commencing on the earlier of the Commencement Date or Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises, eight (8) vehicle parking spaces within the Parking Structure for the monthly parking of Tenant’s employees. Two of such parking spaces shall be for parking in the reserved covered portion of the Parking Structure, four (4) of such parking spaces shall be for parking in the unreserved covered portion of the Parking Structure, and the remaining two (2) parking spaces shall be for parking in the unreserved rooftop, uncovered portion of the Parking Structure. Tenant’s use of the Parking Structure shall be based upon a non-exclusive use in common with Landlord, other tenants of the Building, and their guests and invitees. Tenant shall not use more parking spaces than said number, or any spaces (a) which have been specifically assigned by Landlord to other tenants or for such other uses as visitor parking or (b) which have been designated by governmental entities of competent jurisdiction as being restricted to certain uses. Landlord reserves the right to erect such security and access and egress control devices as it may reasonably deem to be appropriate (including, without limitation card controlled gates) and Tenant agrees to cooperate fully with Landlord in such matters. Tenant shall not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant’s employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, or invitees to be loaded, unloaded, or parked in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities. If Tenant permits or allows any of such prohibited activities, then Landlord shall have the right, without notice, in addition to such other rights and remedies that it may have, to remove or tow away the vehicle involved and charge the cost to Tenant, which cost shall be immediately payable upon demand by Landlord.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Working Facilities During the Term of Employment, the Company shall furnish the Executive with an office, secretarial help and such other facilities and services suitable to his position and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder.

  • Banking Facilities Schedule 3.25 sets forth a complete and correct list of: (a) each bank, savings and loan or similar financial institution in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has an account or safety deposit box and the numbers of such accounts or safety deposit boxes maintained thereat; and (b) the names of all persons authorized to draw on each such account or to have access to any such safety deposit box, together with a description of the authority (and conditions thereto, if any) of each person with respect thereto.

  • Shared Facilities The Parties acknowledge and agree that certain of the Shared Facilities and Interconnection Facilities, and Seller’s rights and obligations under the Interconnection Agreement, may be subject to certain shared facilities and/or co-tenancy agreements to be entered into among Seller, the Transmission Provider, Seller’s Affiliates, and/or third parties pursuant to which certain Interconnection Facilities may be subject to joint ownership and shared maintenance and operation arrangements; provided, such agreements (i) shall permit Seller to perform or satisfy, and shall not purport to limit, its obligations hereunder, and (ii) provide for separate metering of the Facility.
