Guest Obligations. Reasonable and orderly conduct by all tenants in the leased residence with respect given to the terms of this lease, the property, the law, and the neighbors;
Guest Obligations. 12.1 The Guest will be responsible for all payments and for any damage other than normal wear and tear to the Property or its contents.
12.2 The Guest agrees to keep and leave the Property and its contents in the same state of repair and condition, and in a clean and tidy state as at the start of the booking period (with the exception of reasonable wear and tear).
12.3 The Guest must allow the Agent on behalf of the Owner to enter the Property to inspect the state of it, on reasonable notice, except in an emergency when immediate access must be granted.
12.4 The Guest must not use the Property or allow its use for any dangerous, offensive, noisy, illegal or immoral activities or carry on any act that may be a nuisance or annoyance to the Owner or to any neighbours.
12.5 The Guest and their party must comply with any reasonable regulations relating to the Property of which the Guest has written notice. Such regulations may be found in the Welcome Pack in the Property, e.g. parking, wastes disposal, recycling, use of equipment.
12.6 Smoking is not permitted in any part of the Property.
12.7 The use of candles or fireworks by the Guest at the Property is not permitted without prior agreement.
12.8 The Guest is expected to recycle where possible all waste and to follow instructions for the removal of refuse during their stay at the Property. It is their responsibility to ensure that there is minimum waste left at the Property on their departure and that any refuse left is sorted for recycling. Clear instructions are available in the Welcome Pack on refuse collections together with the appropriate refuse bags. The Agent reserves the right to charge the Guest for excess rubbish left at the Property at a rate of £5 per black bin bag deductible from your refundable security deposit.
Guest Obligations. ◊ Obey all laws to include Idaho Fish & Game and Forest Service regulations and conduct themselves in a reasonable and safe manner under any circumstances including consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Guest Obligations. The Guest undertakes to keep the Accommodation and all the furniture, fixtures and effects in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the Stay (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and shall pay to the Company the value of any part of the Accommodation, furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects so destroyed or damaged as to be incapable of being restored to its previous condition. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any part of the Accommodation and the Guest and any member of his or her party undertakes not to smoke or vape inside the Accommodation. A fee of £150 will be added to your account should smoking take place in the Accommodation.
Guest Obligations. Prior to riding an Electric Kick Scooter or Bicycle as a Guest, Guest shall enter its email address in the App and agree to all applicable terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Guest Obligations. 3.1. Guests shall present themselves for boarding no earlier than the embarkation time printed on their Cruise documents and no later than necessary to be able to be on board the Vessel one hour before scheduled departure at the port of embarkation to complete any pre-boarding procedures and security inspections. At ports of call, Guests shall be on board the Vessel at least one hour before scheduled departure, or as promulgated during the Cruise.
3.2. A passport is required for a Guest to board the Vessel. In addition, upon embarkation, the Guest shall have in his or her possession, and assumes all responsibility for obtaining, all visas and/or any other travel and health documents required by any governmental authority, and if s/he fails to do so the Carrier shall have no further obligation to transport or to furnish transportation to the Guest. Proper travel documentation and eligibility to travel is required at the embarkation and throughout the Cruise. The Guest is advised to consult his or her travel agent or appropriate governmental authorities concerning required documentation for travel. The Guest shall indemnify the Carrier for all penalties, fines, taxes, charges, losses and expenses imposed upon or incurred by the Carrier due to the Guest's failure to have proper documentation or otherwise comply with applicable laws or regulations of any kind.
3.3. Any such Guest, or any Guest who fails to board the Vessel at the port of embarkation or a port of call shall be ineligible to board the Vessel thereafter without Xxxxxxx’s consent, and shall not attempt to do so at the same or another port without such consent. Such Guest shall not be entitled to a refund or compensation of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the Carrier be liable for any costs, damages or expenses whatsoever incurred by any Guest as a result of such failure, cancellation, or denial of boarding.
3.4. The Guest shall comply with orders or direction in drills or emergency situations.
3.5. The Guest shall remain in the Guest areas of the Vessel at all times, except when orders or direction to the contrary are issued in an emergency or drill. The Guest acknowledges that the Carrier is not an insurer of his or her safety during the course of the Cruise, and the Guest agrees that the Carrier shall not be liable in any circumstances for any incident or injury arising from events occurring outside of the Guest areas of the Vessel, unless the Guest is present outside the Guest areas of t...
Guest Obligations. All the obligations under this licence are those of the Guest or any other person the Guest allows to enter into the Property, whether or not the Host or Vive Unique have been notified of that person's attendance. The Guest takes full responsibility for the behaviour of any person they have permitted to enter into the Property. No legal rights are granted to the Guest or any other party in respect of the Property, any building of which it forms part, or other premises and the Guest may not represent to any other party that they can transfer or assign any rights or benefits in respect of the Property, any building of which it forms part, or any other premises. All obligations on the Guest in respect of the Property apply equally in relation to any building of which the Property forms part and in relation to any access, parking, or right of way associated with the Property.
Guest Obligations. 5.1 EFT reserves the right to refuse entry by any Guest to an Event or to remove any Guest from an Event without any liability for any reason and at its sole discretion.
5.2 EFT reserves the right to recover from you any loss or damage incurred or suffered by us, the Event Venue, the Online Event Platform or any other Guests as a result of your conduct at the Event or failure to comply with this agreement. In such circumstances, a Guest shall not be entitled to a refund of any Fees.
Guest Obligations. 2.9.1 If the Guest acts negligently or irresponsibly and causes damage or loss to the Company's property and equipment, the Customer shall fully compensate the Company at the current replacement price of any loss or damage.
2.9.2 The customer undertakes to be physically, emotionally and mentally prepared and able to participate in the activities for which he has registered. Any resulting injury or discomfort due to incapacity shall not constitute grounds for complaint or refund.
2.9.3 The Company may prohibit the participation of a person in one or more dives during which he or she is physically, mentally or emotionally unfit to dive, demonstrates a clear lack of respect for applicable rules and regulations, handles or xxxxx marine life, between the Consuming alcohol while diving or failing to adhere to general international standards and practices for safe diving.
2.9.4 The customer undertakes to use complete and maintained equipment for every dive. This equipment must contain the following items: buoyancy compensator, mask, snorkel, long wet suit with positive buoyancy and sufficient protection against the cold, fins, regulator set consisting of first stage, two second stages, pressure gauge or radio pressure gauge, inflator hose, diving knife or other cutting tool, diving lamp or other light signal , surface buoy with spool or at least 10 meters of line, signal whistle, dive computer, diving compass, hood, gloves for diving with tiger sharks.
2.9.5 The guest undertakes to find out about the valid prices for extras and all other rules and offers on the safari provider website xxx.xxxx-xxxxxxxx.xxx . Only these prices for extra costs are valid.
Guest Obligations. You agree that you are fully responsible and shall pay for all charges, fees and other amounts arising out of your booking when due. Any violation of the Resort's conditions may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any money paid for the booking. The Resort may also charge you for any expenses it incurs as a result of any such violations or damages. In the unlikely event that a problem arises during and related to your stay in the Resort, you should immediately raise the problem with the management, who will try to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. To ensure your satisfaction, the Resort will aim to address any issue immediately.
