Guest Obligations. 12.1 The Guest will be responsible for all payments and for any damage other than normal wear and tear to the Property or its contents.
Guest Obligations. The Guest undertakes to keep the Accommodation and all the furniture, fixtures and effects in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the Stay (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and shall pay to the Company the value of any part of the Accommodation, furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects so destroyed or damaged as to be incapable of being restored to its previous condition.
