Guest Privileges. The Resident shall be fully and completely responsible for the actions of their guests. Overnight guests may be permitted on an occasional basis, provided (i) the permission of any suite/roommate is obtained in advance; (ii) no complaints have been made previously regarding the conduct of the guest; and (iii) the guest does not leave any of their possessions in the premises or remain in residence for more than three (3) days. The Resident acknowledges that the Resident’s guest privileges may be revoked if, in the opinion of Student Housing & Residence Life, the Resident abuses such privileges through excessive use or inappropriate behavior. Guest limits may be tightened for specific periods to facilitate the management of the community (e.g. orientation week, reading weeks, exam periods, etc.). Student Housing & Residence Life will provide notice of these periods no less than 24 hours in advance of these time frames. No overnight guests are permitted during the first two weeks of the fall semester.
Guest Privileges. If Member chooses this add-on, Member gains unlimited Guest Privileges for Member’s account, in which he or she may bring in one Guest per visit. The Guest does not have to be the same Guest every visit. The Guest may NEVER enter the gym alone or have access to Member’s access key fob. All Guests must sign a liability waiver; if the Guest is under 18, Guest’s parent or guardian must sign a liability waiver for the Guest. The Balance Fitness Member must accompany the guest and remain on the premises during the visit.
Guest Privileges. Resident shall be authorized to entertain and accommodate guests in accordance with Messiah Village guest policy as reflected in the Resident Handbook. This policy is subject to change from time to time.
Guest Privileges. The Amenities are for use by Verrado Residents and their guests only. Guests under nineteen (19) years of age are not permitted in any of the Member‐only areas of the Vic. Members must accompany guests during the use of the Vic facilities in accordance with these Rules. Although it is the intention of Management to accommodate guests without inconvenience to Members, Management reserves the right to limit the number of guests that are invited or are sponsored by a Member on any given day. Management may establish and modify from time to time daily guest fees, charges, and the rules for use of the Vic by guests. Guest privileges may be denied, withdrawn or revoked at any time for reasons considered sufficient by Management, in its sole and absolute discretion. The following guest privileges currently are in effect for the Member‐only areas of the Vic: At The Center and Swim Park, unless otherwise approved by the VA in advance, each household may sponsor a maximum of four (4) guests per household, which includes adults and children for use of The Center and Swim Park. Each household may sponsor a maximum of two (2) guests in the Fitness Room at The Center. Enforcement of this policy is at the sole discretion of the VA or VCA staff. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests and guests must adhere to the same policies and expected behaviors in accordance with this Agreement at all times.
Guest Privileges. Residents are permitted to have guests stay with Resident in the Residence for brief periods. A nominal daily charge will be billed for each guest remaining beyond eight
Guest Privileges. MEMBER agrees that all guests shall be required to pay fees for privileges. MEMBER further agrees that guest play is a privilege and that said privilege may be revoked at any time in the sole discretion of BOG should BOG determine that a guest and/or MEMBER is misusing such privilege. PERSONAL AND PROPERTY DAMAGE: MEMBER agrees to be responsible for any Personal injury to self or others caused by MEMBER or those gaining privileges through MEMBER while on BOG premises and while using BOG facilities and equipment and agrees to indemnify and hold BOG harmless for any such personal injury caused by MEMBER, MEMBER’S spouse, family, or guest. In addition, MEMBER agrees to be responsible for any property damage to BOG premises, facilities, or equipment or property of other individuals or entities caused by MEMBER or those gaining privileges through MEMBER while on BOG premises and while using BOG facilities and equipment. MEMBER further agrees to hold BOG harmless for any such property damage caused by MEMBER, MEMBER’s spouse, family, or guest, other than those caused by normal or ordinary use of premises, facilities or equipment as determined by BOG. MEMBER agrees that BOG shall not be liable for any property damage or personal injuries which may be experienced by the MEMBER, or those gaining privileges through him or her while using BOG facilities or equipment and MEMBER hereby indemnifies and holds harmless BOG from any such property damage or personal injury caused by MEMBER, or those gaining privileges through him or her while using BOG facilities or equipment.
Guest Privileges. Guest privileges may be extended under the rules established by the Company from time to time. Although it is the intention of the Company to accommodate guests without inconvenience to the members, the Company and the Manager reserve the right to limit the number of guests that are invited by a member on any given day and/ or over the course of a membership year and the number of times a particular guest may use the Club Facilities in any given membership year. The Manager shall establish from time to time the rate of the daily guest fees, charges and the rules and regulations for use of the Club Facilities by guests. Guest privileges may be denied, withdrawn or revoked at any time for reasons considered sufficient by the Company or the Manager, in their sole and absolute discretion. The Company and the Manager reserve the right, from time to time, to limit the availability of golf starting times for guests. All guests shall be either houseguests or day guests. A houseguest is defined as a guest temporarily residing in a member's residence in The Private Estates at Seven Canyons or Residence Club unit at The Residence Club at Seven Canyons, including, without limitation, the guest of an owner of a fractional interest in another residence club who enjoys exchange rights involving units at The Residence Club at Seven Canyons. All other guests of a member shall be considered day guests.
